Extremely Rude and arrogant staff working here.Especially the asian girl working on 20th Nov 2021 at around 5 pm.Have been to other locations also and found those staff to be so well behaved.You are into customer service.Sometimes you can go out of the way to help people.If not then leave the job and look for job with no people interaction.Thanks.

Had the worst experience here. BAD, RUDE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY AN EMPLOYEE- HER NAME WAS JACKIE!She was soooooo rude. The week before she was rude and talking down to a man sending something to India, and fighting with her own colleague and talking down to her too in front of customers. Today, she called security on me because I had to tell her how bad her customer service is and how rude and disgusting her behavior was. No CS , no manners and extremely disrespectful! She needs to work somewhere else because this job isn't for her. She called security like I was a threat with a baby, and 2 and 3 year old. Give me a got damn break Jackie! Learn to have some customer service skills.Sorry but wrong customer to talk down to... NOT TODAY JACKIE not EVER!!!!

The worst canada post office ever. The staff woman is slow and rude. I had to wait for 30 min so they can say that they dont print return labels. Avoid at any cost.

I went there on the weekend my god lady’s attitude is unbelievable. I was there around 3:30 I believe the closing time on weekends are 5:00 pm. I was about to stand in line she said I am close after the guy standing in front of me. There were hardly 4-5 people.

Zarish, was great. She was waiting to take a break but due to rush hour she couldn’t. She helped everyone quickly as she can.

Usually pretty good. Some staff are more helpful than others. Ayesha is always so helpful and pleasant to interact with, and very good at her job. She recognizes me and let's me know when I have a package to pick up, such good customer service from her.
