Ohson Kamal Dr

I had an appointment on Sep 24 with Dr. Ohson as the first time after around 6 months waiting. He did his best to talk about my concern and finally recommend to another specialist. However, Once I get back to reception for following up my prescription. A lady who introduced herself as clinic manager started with me with the worst possible mixture of impudence, arrogant and cheeky speech. I just want to do what the doctor told me to ask from reception, but I never can believe what she did with me in Canada. I never ever seen such extremely rude and disrespectful behavior in medical settings so far!!! It was very shameful!. She never wanted to listen event one second, and tried to force me to leave the place!!!!!. I am calm now, but never recommend anyone to this clinic at all, at least when this lady work there!

I seen Dr Ohson for the first time on Wednesday. Very friendly, knowledgeable Doctor. He explained everything to me. However when I message back for some advice the office staff were very rude!And I got a return call and again the office staff, RUDE!

Wonderful Dr who is always genuinely concerned with your well being. I would highly recommend Dr. Ohson. The staff are all very kind and helpful. If there is a wait to be seen it is well worth it.

Very rude and told me I was disrespectful because I asked him to look at moles to see if they were cancerous when my appointment was for something else. Do not recommend.
