Great staff and very organized store. But I had to put 1 star less just because the prices are getting crazy. PetSmart seems to have the highest markups for everything.

Clean, friendly and well stocked. We drive all the way from Montreal to shop here and we are never disappointed. The prices are great and you will pretty much find everything you need here. The staff are so friendly and treat every pup like a friend. **very LGBTQ+ friendly

Great selection of products, but the customer service was lacking. There was no one on hand to obtain assistance from, so I was on my own in determining which products to purchase. Nice bright store though, and very clean.

Garbage company. Not reliable. Did not fulfill two of my two online orders. Incompetent customer service, was not able to explain why they cancelled the orders when the items are still available online. I just lost a week and will now order cat food from Amazon.Avoid at all costs.

Excellent grooming job by Melanie today. Received some very knowledgeable information as to what type of trim we should get for our Golden retriever for the summer. Very pleased as always with the service. Highly recommend.

They never answer they’re phones. I wanted to check in to see if they fish tank water, but they don’t.I called Stacy pet depot and the phone was answered. Guess who’s getting my business?Sad you Choose an AI operator over a human being who actually gets your business.
