We took possession in March. Beautiful home with high quality finishes. The floorplan is perfect for our growing family. We love the spice kitchen and main floor bed and bath. The service team is courteous, professional and great to work with. Overall positive experience!

The owner, Kal has been great to deal with in answering my questions (new first house purchase) and the warranty team was diligent about fixing any minor issues. I bought house in laurel I like the house build by active home. Specially I am really happy with service of warranty service manager Dipak Joshi. He is vey responsible and had strong follow up for everything since I deal with him. I had garage door issue he contact to the related person for the garage door Maintainance but not received any respond from these guys. Today himself came and fixed the issue of the door. Thanks Depak Joshi for your help you are great person.

Preet and her team are amazing! You can never go wrong building a home with them. They are the epitome of class, luxury and professionalism when it comes to dealing with them. Now looking at their designs, they’re absolutely gorgeous with great finishings and you can tell they really put thought into every detail, they truly have an eye for design. As for when it comes to dealing with any issues, no matter what issues arise, they are always there for you day or night. I would highly recommend Active Homes to anyone looking to purchase a home!
