Fresh and delicious choices of sides and salads. Staff and service was amazing but wasnt impressed by the meat at all. From differnent types of chicken to beef and lamb, they all just tasted bad. I wouldnt recommend or go there again.

Service was amazing. Welcoming, quick, and attentive. The salad bar was lacking in flavor and some of the noodles from the pasta salad were either hard from sitting out too long, or hadn't been cooked enough.The meat was a huge disappointment..I remember eating at rio downtown many years ago and it was delicious. My meal this evening was gross. Every slice of meat I was offered was mostly fat and way over salted. I love my meat salty but this was inedible and has left my mouth raw.I can't believe this place has so many good reviews. I would not recommend and won't be returning. I'd rather go eat somewhere basic like cactus club, at least you'll get quality food for your buck and not leave feeling ill.

Great welcoming service. Highlights were the grilled pineapple dusted with cinnamon and the chicken hearts which were tender and juicy. Their salad bar was great with lots of variety and fresh vegetable options. Some of their meats however were kind of dry, tough, and a bit overcooked.Took one star away because when we got home, we saw they automatically added 18% gratuity to our bill and didn’t tell us so we ended up double tipping at the restaurant at a rate of 36% tip. They could have said they already added tip while we were tipping or something because we are happy to tip 18% but 36% tip is excessive and we just trusted the bill like any other restaurant.

From the moment we arrived, Daisy greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, making us feel welcome.Throughout our meal, Daisy was attentive and responsive to our needs. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offering recommendations and answering our questions with ease. Daisy ensured our orders were taken promptly and accurately, and she made sure our drinks were refilled promptly.What impressed me most about Daisy was her genuine care for our dining experience. She checked on us regularly, making sure we were satisfied with our meals and addressing any concerns or requests we had. Her friendly and personable nature added an extra touch to the overall dining experience.Daisy's service at the Rio restaurant was truly exceptional. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made our visit memorable. I highly recommend dining at the Rio restaurant and having Daisy as your server. She will undoubtedly enhance your dining experience with her excellent service.

Delicious, perfectly cooked proteins. Fast and friendly staff. They are very busy so expect to be a bit delayed even if you have a reservation. But once you are seated, you will be served quickly. Must try: Mango Sangria and Garlic Green Beans

Let’s start with the food.Most of not all of the meat served was dry, overcooked and tasteless. The only highlight was the deep fried banana. In my opinion, it wasn’t a good value.Service,The service we got from the lady server at 5 pm Wednesday 14th June 2023 wasn’t good. She didn’t seemed happy and certainly was not welcoming nor hospitable.This will be the first and last time I visit.

Amazing food experience, before you know it you ate so much you flip over the card.You can start with the buffet selections for your side dishes. The salads and veggies along with rice and more.All the meat selections you can possibly want, the bacon wrapped chicken is my absolute favorite, the tritip was so flavourful. The meat is of great quality and very well prepared, seasoning is spot on. Make sure to save room for cinnamon pineapple.Service top notch, very friendly staff.I recommend making a reservation as they fill up fast.Parking is a little tricky, do not park anywhere on the macdonalds side, there is a sign inside at the entrance asking you not to park on that side.

Could not have asked for better service! The servers, owner, and manager were all absolutely fantastic! The young fella with the mullet has the best attitude I have seen in this industry in a very very long time. It was a refreshing, filling, and delicious meal. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Vancouver!

The service staff were attentive and friendly. We were given a nice corner table since we have our toddler with us. The salad bar selection was decent. The choices of meat were also good.Parking is confusing though since you cannot park anywhere. There is a designated parking.
