Terrible place. They literally scam you with their All you can eat" offer and charge you if you don't eat everything you ordered. I never been to a restaurant that you need to take your food to the bathroom in order to clear the plate. Terrible service

Went here for lunch buffet on a Sunday. Overall great experience, atmosphere, and wide selection of items on menu. Especially loved the cheese wontons, ice cream, eel sushi, and dragon roll. Impressed by fast service upon ordering, although the waiters could have been a bit more friendly. Price was reasonable at $25/person. Would recommend!

The food is literally outstanding with by far one of the strongest and greatest serving team I’ve ever experienced. The only thing that makes me cringe a little is how non personable the servers are and how they just plop your food on the table almost rudely at times without saying a word to you then venture off to the next table to quickly plop and bail to. As a Manager at a fast food restaurant, we value personable and friendly service… I really think some of these servers you have need adjust their serving styles to be more friendly-like. That is the only suggestion/recommendation I have for your team to improve on, otherwise you guys rock!

Fantastic place. It's comparable to places that charge almost double the price. They have a pretty extensive AYCE menu and almost all of the items we ordered were excellent. Their custom Waterloo roll was surprisingly one of their best items. Considering the cost/quality ratio, this is probably the #1 AYCE sushi place in the tri-cities area for me right now.

I don't know why some of the reviews are so rude; this place was amazing. my boyfriend liked it so much he insisted we go back again the very next day. the deep fried dragon rolls were like... ascending to the heavens; fantastic. everything we ordered was great and the service was good.

Love the sweet potato and tempura crab rolls the most. Service is great. Missing the buffet part though, they should bring that back especially since it's expensive now.

Worst experience at this restaurant. Went for a birthday and sat for an hour and a half at the restaurant and received a quarter of what we ordered. Less than 6 dishes. Hot food was cold. Dishes never cleared from our table. Restaurant was busy, but this was unacceptable and has never happened to its before. It was our favourite restaurant and we will never return. Overpriced and left hungry.

Delicious food, but the service was super super slow, they never told me that I only had 2 hours to eat, they told me you can eat as much as you want, but they never mentioned time, I was going with my family, we are 5, and here is a buffet where you order from the tablet and they bring you the food, but I asked for 3 orders of shrimp and they only brought me 1 order (with 2 shrimp) and they told me that as a rule, they had to take only 1 order, that is, the extra ones in the table we were just watching someone eat the 2 shrimp, and it took them between 5 and 10 minutes to take everything from my order, that is, I asked for 5 different dishes and they brought them 1 by 1 every 5 or 10 minutes, that was super exasperating, and then they tell me that my time is up !!! What if I wanted them to bring me dessert? I honestly doubt I will return to this location.

Our small group went here for supper last night. First thing I noticed was the lack of decor and rather dim lighting. Kind of made the place a bit cold". I will say that the service is actually very quick. The setup for ordering (iPad at table) is a great way to get your order in and track what is coming to the table. Your orders don't come out as a group so you may find that an order may arrive at the table but some people may not have anything to eat. Food is constantly flowing so not too big of a wait. Note: pay attention what has come to your table - do not double order
