We purchased dining room chairs and most recently the Jett console table, they’re all perfect. The staff here are great, always warm, friendly, and very helpful. We are super happy with the service and furniture we received! Thank you again!

I bought a bed headboard and frame from this location 1.5 years ago and the cheap frame underneath broke. They sent me an email basically stating too bad you're out of warranty we can't help you. I emailed my receipt and pictures as per their request and they said the manager will contact you to make suggestions.He never contacted me.

Beautiful store!! Came here today for the first time and was blown away with how nicely staged the furniture was! Not to mention their decor pieces are very fairly priced and trendy-looking as well! The ladies were VERY helpful and welcoming! I will definitely be back again for more future home decor pieces!

This was my first experience at this store. I must say I was very impressed by the preparedness of Leah. She was organized with a list of things next time I was there. She walked us through and spent a good 2 hours helping us with the whole process, she was also very knowledgeable about her product. There are certain limitations due to COVID availability and we had some miscommunication in the process but it was all managed very well which is great. Kudos to the whole team including Leah, Jose, and the store manager who helped as well. Recommend Leah as a sales associate.

I have now tried to leave a review on Structube's website 3 times and after I submit it says submitted for review" but is never published. We purchased the Clarence king bed online about a year ago and the legs have since completely given out and are now useless. I contacted customer support numerous times who insisted I had moved the bed and therefore damaged it myself

I was told they had delivery and that they would work around my work schedule. This is not true. The delivery company will deliver it according to their schedule. Very disappointing to be lied to and I have cancelled my purchase. Dishonesty is certainly not good customer service. They should have done whatever necessary to get me my purchase as Leah promised it. Will not ever shop here again.

I went to Structube Wonderland Rd a couple of weeks ago to buy a dining table and chairs. The sales associate, Leah, was amazing! She made my day- she was so friendly and so helpful, her customer service skills were top notch! My table and chairs are arriving on Monday and I can't wait to see them all set up! If only every sales associate in retail stores were as good as Leah :)
