Don't waste your time. Completely unreliable had install dates back in december. They kept pushing back and finally stopped answering phone calls or emails. 3 weeks ago i tried again because they had one of my doors and it seemed like they were going to get it done. They then repeated the process from last time so I called and canceled. Horrible communication.

Very terrible company. The ONLY thing they got right was the measurements but beyond that, wrong doors, wrong hardware, wrong delivery date, they constantly set up appointments to come on site which they NEVER keep, they never answer their phone, they never return calls (unless you say you want to make a payment) and we're STILL waiting for them to deliver the rest of our order from almost two months ago. Go with ANY other door company but this one. You'll thank me later.

Don't waste your time with this company. I ordered a new door back on 4/1/21 and they quoted a 1 week delivery/install time frame. It's now been almost a month and a half and we still don't have a door. Their level of communication with their customers is extremely poor in my opinion. I'm not sure if they are just completely disorganized, or really just don't care at all. My emails asking for updates have all gone unanswered. I have now been calling them daily asking when the door will be delivered. They say it will be delivered today before 6pm. We will see... Update: Still no door!
