I bought 6 chicken tenders mild and spicy. I came back home and my kids and family were at the table happily getting ready to eat. We took one bite and instantly spitted out the food. It was VERY salty, so much that we couldn’t eat it. I called the store but they kept hanging up the phone for some reason. Eventually a person answered and I told them about the chicken. The woman on the phone told me that I would have to bring the chicken back to the store and test it. I live far away from the location and told the lady. I asked if you can give me store credit or adjustment for my food since it’s late at night but the woman denied it and the people working at the store act unprofessional and childish while customers are here. I highly recommend not to go to this store I don’t want anyone else to get this kind of experience.

Amazing fresh food, every time. I’m always so impressed with how consistent this place is! Never disappoints. The new strawberry biscuit is AHmazing! Must try!

Had spicy deluxe Sandwich.Pros: Service was quick. Chicken fillet was juicy from insideCons: breading looked and felt very dry, sandwich left a very salty aftertaste, barely any sauce on sandwich, fishy smell while I was eating, bitter taste from the chicken.$9 for that basic sandwich before taxes was not worth it. Nothing deluxe about it. So many other restaurants in that area I wish I went to one of those instead.

Food was decent. The lady In the front seemed like she doesn't want to work there. Many times just having a happy face can make a great customer service experience. The lady seemed annoyed and put just enough effort to get away with being called out. The bag had no condiments, tissues or spoon and I had to go upto her 3 times for each item. I am disappointed. The food being decent is the reason for the 3 star. Wouldn't mind coming back but wouldn't recommend for others.

Ordered a Chicken Sandwich meal combo on Uber eats that included a side of Fries, Macaroni, Chicken sandwich, Apple pie and a Drink.The sandwich was really good, and had enough chipotle mayonnaise to my liking. I’ve had it at other Popeyes and got some really soggy ones but thankfully this one was good. The fries were hot and crispy but the macaroni tasted like feet. Not my cup a tea. The pie was pretty good but I only got it to save money from the delivery charges for Uber eats. I wouldn’t buy this if I had a choose again lol. A few days later my family got a Family chicken meal box and it was overall pretty good. This location gives good pieces and the customer service is usually solid. Good job Popeyes, keep it up!!
