Recently purchased new phones with Rogers, we dealt with Amrit and can say with confidence that I would never go somewhere else ever for my tech services again. He’s so professional, knows products and plans so well and explans everything in detail without any rush. He infact stayed late for us since we were asking him so many questions but this guy was so patient and helped us with great smile. Been to rogers store at dixie outlet mall, had a wonderful experience there. Amrit is the best there. Much appreciated his services. If you need a phone or a plan, I recommend it. They have the best plans.

Got tricked by the sales people here. Went in to check for better monthly deals on my mobile phone. The sales girl shared FIDO $30 per month 20GB data plan + $25 per month 20GB on the second line.When I went up to the guy behind the desk, he confirmed the same plan.I signed up and ported to FIDO with the sales guy.Three days later I received the bill stating $35 per month instead of the promised $30. Similarly the second line got charged $30 instead of the promised $25 rental.When I called him back, he declined to confirm if there was ever a $30 monthly plan that both him and the girl promised when I visited them.Don't trust the people at the store!NO ONE called me to clarify anything. Thanks but no thanks for taking the time to comment. Lies is what you get when you deal with these guys. Beware!
