Cole at the sunridge location was extremely helpful in switching me from family account to personal account. Went above and beyond to talk to customer service with me and get everything approved. Was extremely polite and friendly 10/10 would recommend getting help and service from him again

Cole helped us resolve Bell account issue that could be resolved for an entire month. He is really patient and worked through all the back and forth issues until my wife account issue was resolved. He is a great customer Rep. fully recommend him

I stepped into Bell Sunridge and was greeted by a wonderful sales Rep by the name of Cole. He was not only professional on his dealings with me but was very informative about the deals and promotions that were currently going on.I was worried about my return option with Rogers but he assured me that my number would be ported and I'd be able to use the same number with Bell. The service is on par with Rogers here in Alberta and I'm throughly happy with it. I'd highly recommend Cole to any one of my friends or family as his information is as reliable as the S23 Ultra is. Had to upgrade a phone before the end of contract and Amrinder helped me out and hooked me up! Super nice guy and very happy to help. Made it cheaper to renew in store than with bell directly. Definitely the guy to talk to if you need anything to do with your phone

I came into this store and the sale consultant named Cole Cropper is one of the knowledgeable sells man. He help me find a phone for my hubby who needed a phone that works with his hand injuries. And Cole found the perfect phone for him and myself. He was understanding, he listened to my concerns. And he was supper patient. When I asked to call my hubby to get his opinion. I would recommend going to Cole Cropper to anyone that needs a phone. He knows his devices and tries to match the phone that best fits your need. Great customer service from Cole who assisted me and my daughter with a new phone and a plan. He was thorough in explaining the details of the plan. His coleague Danika was there to assist too and both of them were amazing in entertaining me and my duaghter. They were very friendly to my kid which I truly appreciate.

Cole ensured I receive the BEST pricing on the new mobile phone and accessories AND ensured the transfer of data from old to new phone without any issues. Denica B was the best! Went in today to renew my contract and possibly upgrade phones. She greeted me immediately and not only was a huge help but was also very personable and nice to chat with. She helped me upgrade my phone from the iPhone 12 to the 14, and helped me pick a much better plan than the one I had previously, and it was an amazing deal!! During the whole process she made sure that I knew what was going on and answered all my questions. Not only that but during the odd times when we were waiting for things to load she was also very friendly and nice to talk to. We even shared some stories back and forth.
