Lallier Honda 40-640

Not a great experience. We had booked an appointment and when we went to see the car (Honda Civic), we had to wait about 10 mins to find the car. Once we found it, it was not in the best condition. It was very dirty from the inside and outside, and there was no attempt made make the car presentable. The customer service was horrible as well. Will definitely not come back here.

a crime based organization who steals car and keep it hostage until they force your insurance company to pay them. If you dare to call them, they will disrepect you and hang up the phone.

Poor service and a waste of time!The vendor barely spent any time with me even though I had an appointment. He spent most of his time with someone else and made me wait to talk with his colleagues.I was told they would get the car cleaned and ready for me, but it clearly wasn't. On the pictures the car looked lawless, but in reality it was super dirty and smelled bad.Would not recommend.

I bought my first new car at 17 and several other since. I am now 39 and I have to say that this is the best dealer experience I ever had. No traditional dealer bs. It's my first Honda but not my last. Might go back sooner than expected to change our other car. Big thanks to Nancy, Valerie and the delivery woman (sorry forgot her name)! Love the racing blue touring hatch.

Great experience, got a good deal on my trade in and got the vehicle wanted at a fair price. For used cars ask for Marc he's great at working the best deal for you.

Worst experience I ever had, I reserved a car for a test drive told the dealer will be there for 5pm. When I got there he told me someone else is here to buy it. After I drove 2 hours i was so upset. Don't trust these people they don't care about you

If you own a Honda, bring it here! The Service department is what customer service is about. Above and beyond, they will take care of you like you’re the only client they have. They really know how to treat customers and care for each service call they do. Explains in full detail your needs and your possible needs.You need to fix or service your Honda, this is service Center is definitely worth it

My husband, Steve, found a 2004 Corvette convertible on the Lallier website that he was interested in. However, we live in Georgetown, Ontario so he was unable to see it in person.He called the dealership and spoke with Marc Jeannotte who gave him all the information.We don’t speak French but Marc spoke excellent English and answered all Steve’s questions.Steve was very nervous about purchasing a vehicle, sight unseen, just from photos on the internet but Marc assured him it was in “mint” condition and had very low mileage.My husband is very picky and his idea of mint might not match Marc’s idea of mint.Marc communicated by phone and text sending extra photos and information.We flew to Montreal, based on Marc’s opinion of the car and were delighted to find the car in even better shape than my husband had hoped for.Marc was true to his word and accurate in his description of Steve’s dream car.Marc even went above and beyond the call of duty by helping us get from the airport to the Lallier dealership.We can’t thank Marc enough for the great experience we had at Lallier Honda. You made Steve a very happy man!If you’re in the market for a vehicle we highly recommend you call Marc Jeannotte.

So disappointed! I only drive Honda and I decided to get my new one from that location and that was a terrible mistake! You will get an AMAZING service until you sign the contract.... When it's signed you won't get any calls back if you have questions or concerns. I have been in customer service for over 15years and I know how a customer should be treated! I will definitely NOT recommend that place! I finally was able to get a hold of someone and OMG the rudeness was unbelievable, I even have my conversation recorded! Very unsatisfied with their service.

It was my first time buying a car and Robert Jung did a fantastic job at helping me go through all the steps needed to proceed. Any questions I had were thoroughly and professionally answered. I highly recommend this dealership if anyone is looking for a Honda!
