Circle Restoration

I would like to thank Keith Stacey of Circle Restoration for his quick response to my request to help with a water flooding issue caused by a fire sprinkler, accidently damaged on the ground level suite of my property late Saturday evening on January 21st. 2023.The team was at my house in about thirty minutes and attended to the problem.The restoration process took about three weeks which we are very impressed with and would like to thank Keith and his team at the office and on the job. Some names that come to mind are: Justine at the office, Darren, Nathen and Carlos with the equipment, Bernard that did a very good job with the ceiling patch work, Dominic with the sprinkler, Malik and Frank at Tec Floors with the carpets.Thank you for helping a good family to come back into their home.Also, a big thanks to my Insurance Company.Carol & Claude R.

Just had a Circle team of Yousef and Edward (I hope I'm getting their names right and I apologize if I am not) in our basement putting back drywall and painting after a sewage leak and my wife and I couldn't be happier. They communicated well, went above and beyond what we thought they would do, and they finished their portion of the job faster than we thought possible. Highly recommend.

This was the best repair experience I have ever had. We had a copper pipe leak and our insurance set us up with circle restoration for removal of the mold etc and drywall repair. We were given a concierge Derek who was wonderful to interact with, super communicative and quick to get things scheduled and done. The guys who did the work on our home kept everything clean and tidy, and left our ceiling looking better than it did before the leak happened. I would highly recommend circle restoration.

Keith and his team from Circle Restoration were exceptional at every step of the way in taking care of the water damage to our suite. They put us at ease and took care of everything with close attention to detail. I highly recommend them.

Our strata gave the plumbing work in my unit to circle restoration. Circle restoration was called when there was a water leak from my bathtub tap to the unit below. Once the source of the leak was determined, Circle restoration was hired by the strata to take on the repair as well. At this point, I was without a shower for 2 weeks already. Circle restoration did the wall opening and prepping the wall for their plumber to show up a couple days later. On that day to have everything wrapped up, they were suppose to show up early morning before I head out for work, but their plumber (or the contractor they hired) showed up around 11.Also I overheard from another room that Circle restoration manager (K***h) telling the plumber why he has removed his shoes when entering the apartment. (!?)I didn’t make a fuss about this since my carpet was due for cleaning regardless. But when they told me the job won’t be completed that day and they need to reschedule, I lost it. They were late to show up and I missed work to be home for them and now they wanted to come back again. I was assured before, by one of their office staff that this would be a one day job to close up the wall with a panel.After arguing with them, they informed the strata management company that they won’t return to complete the job because I was rude (which I wasn’t., I did call them unprofessionals for messing with my schedule and all the delays I had to deal with)I had another plumber spending less than an hour to finish their job by simply assembling the bathtub faucet. But two week later, the panel that circle restoration had installed on the wall, started to peel off because they used the wrong glue. Our strata management company asked them to come back and fix the peeling panel which they installed but they simply said that they won’t come back because I was rude to them.Giving them one star is too many. They deserve none.

From start to finish Circle Restoration was stellar! The team worked together seamlessly and lines of communication were always open. We had our main floor and staircase hardwood replaced due to water damage from a leaking dishwasher while we were away. The result of Circle Restoration's work is fantastic. We are thrilled! No hesitation on a big thumbs up recommendation.

Really great experience working with Keith and his team at Circle. They were very prompt with response, really professional, and above all, extremely efficient with their repairs. They helped us get our restaurant back up and running again after a water leak.

Keith was great to deal with. There was a fire above me and glass and smoke debris covered my patio. Glass was between all the deck tiles and it was painstaking work. But his team came out the same day and it looked good as new by evening, the same day as the fire. Many thanks to Keith and the team and I highly recommend them!

Circle was great to work with. I had a flood and the floors needed to be replaced along with a couple of walls. Since our possessions were removed, we took the opportunity to do other renovations. Keith was great to work with through all of this work. He made sure to keep me informed of their timelines and provided updates along the way. He also provided me great advice so I could make sound decisions through the renovations we did. I would work with them again.

Rain from the balcony above my enclosed solarium was starting to leak into my unit so Circle Restoration was sent to come assess the issue and make repairs. Everyone I talked to over the phone and came by my unit were very professional. I just got the big hole in my ceiling dry walled by Yosef and am so happy with the quality of his work. Thank you Circle Restoration for having such a great team!
