Alyssa is a wonderful RMT!Right from the start she really listened to what my needs were. She always has a friendly face to greet you!She is the first massage therapist to really pin point and zero in where the soreness is coming from, and you can feel the muscles relaxing as she works.She even went over and above to tell me stretches to do before I work to alleviate the soreness between appointments.I highly recommend her!

I just went to Alyssa for the first time and I will definitely be going back. She is so approachable and friendly, you feel like you've known her forever and aren't intimidated. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage, she let me know where and why my muscles were tight and what to expect. Highly recommend!

Alyssa is the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. She instinctively finds every knot, and uses just the right amount of pressure to allow it to release without leaving me overly sore the next day. Alyssa has been treating me for 2 years now. She is incredibly personable and professional, is so knowledgeable of her practice and uses many different tools and techniques to deal with my back pain.
