The reservation website is a joke and a fraud. The website says you can’t make reservations for the moraine lake and lake Louise shuttle until 8am. Sat in front of my computer since 7:40am and hit refresh multiple times and I pressed reserve right at 8am. All the morning time slots were gone. Either bots are all over this page or this is just a front to drive traffic to private tour operators and have to pay $50-$75 a person.
