Ryan is the absolute best! We had a sentimental bottle of perfume fall and crack with a slow leak. I called the store and Ryan said to come in and he would do his best to salvage what he could. He was able to repackage the perfume and saved almost the full volume. Can’t wait to surprise my friend when he gets home with what Ryan was able to do! Wishing you nothing but the best you kind soul.

Absolutely adore Le Labo products and services at the Vancouver Gastown store.Of course this place is amazing. All of their scents are made when you buy them by the clerk. They tailor to your needs. The scents are absolutely unique. Attentive and knowledgeable staff. Had my questions answered, smelled pretty much everything and re'd up on my favs. Grateful for the speedy order fulfillment.

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, love their cool interior, my wife bought some perfume oil and I got some after shave. Thought it’s not cheap, product is quite amazing.

Ryan was super nice and sweet to my brother who had never bought a perfume before. We got to try all sorts of their scents! It was a really comfortable experience and great service from the staff. Will come by again someday! :)

As a fragrance enthusiast/collectorGoing to a brand specific store and making the fragrance right in front of you so that's a guaranteed 3 year shelve life of the fragrance is super cool and unique.I actually went to Nordstrom to purchase the same fragrance I was looking but they were sold out.Went straight to here instead and was not disappointedTrue customer experience with this le labo storeDefinitely coming back

Friendly staff, who were very informative and assisted us in finding our signature scent! Very impactful first visit, with flawless results! I wear Rose 31 daily now, and am itching to get my hands on Another 13 when I can!

I'm not an avid perfume wearer, and I only visited the store on my sister's behalf, but the Le Labo team took such good care of my fiance and I; I'm now a fan. So I just wanted to leave a thank you, specifically to the Asian guy with a black cap who helped us. I wish I got his name, but if you're reading this -- thank you so much!
