Not difficult to see the rating declining rapidly. I stopped by today and was hoping to gather more information on the current offers since I was not on contract. Their rep Mandeep looked up my account and told me they couldn’t offer anything in stores and told me all speed of internet plans were identical to what I was currently paying no matter what speed. It made me feel like I was just born yesterday…. In order to find out their offers, I needed to call customer retention to find out. So I asked if I was a new customer and looking to sign up today, what options would I have? They told me to go on their website to find out… I didn’t bother wasting my time and they had 4 staffs on with 1 customer…. What a joke…

Not great for customer retention.My grandmother was a customer for years, and Telus came in with a great offer, pretty much what Shaw offered + a home line and a reduction on the cell phone.Shame that they don't care about retaining long term customers.

I had an awkward conversation with one of the stuff in the store, first keep asking same question but not paying attention to my answers and at the end just stared at me with out saying anything and I was wondering what's next so finally I asked are we done

Waiting in line with four other customers for 20 minutes during peak time over the weekend, only 2 of the 8 service counters had staff.Avoid coming here at all cost.

Had the most horrible user experience. I went there with a simple question and all I got in return was an unfriendly high pitch tone. It took me by surprise if I asked anything that offended this lady, but she kept replying in such a horrible manner. I did tell her what I felt and she kept on denying it and wasn’t even sorry. I don’t feel like visiting again.

Shaw Internet!I went to Shaw office in Burnaby. I got Shaw internet for my home in Surrey, they made me sign a contract for 2 years of using their service. I asked the agent about me moving to a new address within 2 years. The agent said that they had coverage all over Canada major cities, lower mainland, and we they would transfer my internet service to my new address. After 8 months, I moved to a new place in North Delta. I called them for transferring their home internet service to my new address. They told me that they don't have service in my address at North Delta. So, they made pay a lot of money of penalty for the remaining 16 months and they disconnected my internet. Is this fair???? North Delta is not a remote area, they should have provided service in this area, or they shouldn't have charged me for the remaining months.

Staff is very friendly. Very fancy displays but most of them is not working and they don’t know how to fix it. I told them to call them call tech support.

Shaw has the WORST coverage. Do not waste your money. I experienced constant dropped calls, missed calls, missed texts and no service. I had to change to a different carrier after one month. Shaw refused to return my connection fee and I had to pay another connection fee to switch to a new carrier.

Major Disconnect between the representatives on the phone and the personnel in stores. After coming to agreement over the phone and being asked to go into the store to finalize (as they apparently cannot do this over the phone) the store could not abide by agreement on phone. Called Shaw mobile to confirm; they sent me to sales (who said it was a billing issue) who sent me to billing, (who said it was a billing issue) who eventually said it was a store issue, who said it was a Shaw Mobile issue.Terrible overall experience. I'm a student so i need to put up with the cheaper plans for the time being, but cant wait to get back to Rogers; well worth the cost for the customer service.Saying that; Shaw internet has been nothing short of amazing for customer service.
