It took 15-20 minutes for them to make a burrito on a non busy night (only one other customer in store) when they had 3-4 people working.Never seen a place this slow. Food is decent. Price point is decent. Wait time is a joke.

Good burritos most of the time. They don't force you to tip on their payment machine like many restaurants now do when you pick up your order. They may ask for a tip verbally though.

Went in specifically, so I could get the order right. But their service was terrible. The cashier couldn't understand us or hear us as the music was too loud. When I asked server to change gloves as mine was vegetarian she obliged but said I should tell the cashier next time so she can write it on the order but when I told the cashier to put 5 lines of hot sauce the server did not read that. The service was too slow even though there was no one there, and they were just busy fulfilling their online order, and they did not care if someone was waiting there personally for just 1 burrito which took 30 min.Also, the other servers who were cleaning at the back and also making the burrito hot did not change the gloves. And overall, there was no taste In the burrito. So I am not sure overall was it the location or service or the whole franchise is not bothered about their food.

My experience at Burrito Boys Meadowvale was unfortunately disappointing. I decided to take advantage of their buy one get one Uber Eats special for a chicken burrito, but it did not live up to my expectations.Upon opening the burrito, I noticed that it was mostly filled with soggy beans and lacked a satisfactory amount of chicken. The chicken pieces tasted old and stale, which greatly affected the overall taste of the burrito. Despite the careful packaging, the flavors fell flat, leaving me with an unpleasant experience.Regrettably, I cannot recommend Burrito Boys Meadowvale based on my encounter with their chicken burrito. The lack of flavor, subpar chicken quality, and overwhelming presence of soggy beans made for an unsatisfying meal.

Worst experience. Here is modes operandi of them to give you less value to your money and professionally cheat customers:1- They rush you to order (wants you to repeat the previous order)2- confuses you3- then asks you to wait for text for your order4- effectively not letting you stay when your order is being prepared5- places more lettuce than all other ingredients6- some items are always missing from your order7- you only know when you go home as they don’t let you see order preparation.8- I have found my three out of four naked burritos with almost no stuff in there.Worst place to take out. You would trust them to serve you well but not this place.

Called in to place and order for pickup and still had to wait 20 minutes to be given my food, after I was notified that it was ready through a text message. After I asked why it took so long when other people had been served before me, I was met with bad attitude from a cook. Restaurant wasn’t busy at all apart from a few people. Won’t be coming back here again. Also only noticed they forgot my coke when I got home. The Burrito wasn’t even wrapped properly..

Great service, my order has been perfect every time I've been there. The staff is pretty nice, understanding, and friendly. The service is very fast. Their ingredients are super fresh and everything is made right in front of you. Very fulfilling, certainly worth the price! I honestly DON'T have a single negative thing to say about this place!!
