Very helpful and polite staff. Prices are somewhat affordable for those who want to shop for jewelry.They treated me with respect. Finally a place that doesn't chance you, just to make a sale. I appreciated that, letting me take my time to look and buy what I wanted. I recommend this place.

Had nice options for moderately priced jewelry. The assistant was friendly and helped me pick something that I love. The boxes for the jewelry are very pretty too. No refunds, exchange only.

Adam was a great help with my custom order for my fiancé’s engagement ring. The quality was amazing and the time to get it made was very quick within a week we got it and the outcome was much better then I expected.

Be aware. They will tell you anything you want to hear when making a sale. I bought a ring and they told me there will be no problem resizing 0.5 size up or down later and it would free of charge. Then, when I brought it back to resize it it turned out that it was not possible and there are no refunds. All they care about is sales and profit. They don't care about customer, so be alert.

Fantastic customer service! We purchased jewelry before Christmas and had to exchange something after due to a flaw and they switched the item immediately, no questions asked. Very pleased with their customer service and all the staff were so friendly!

AMAZING SERVICE BY OLIVIA. I drive to the mall with the intent to get a necklace from peoples; my direction changed when peoples flat out ignored me and couldn’t be bothered to provide good service.
