Pickle Barrel
I was never really a fan of the Pickle Barrel franchise due to past experiences but I decided to give another go, and unfortunately our visit was somewhat good. My order of wings were so dry and over cooked that I was only able to eat three of the wings. My youngest son mentioned that the chicken strips were worst he has tried so far. The nachos were well dressed and my wife did say the fish & chips she ordered was good.

I came in, the lady at the door had me seated me and gave me the menu. From there, for more than 30 min, I sat there waiting to get attention from the waitress, who had been walking around, serving other clients, having conversations with others while I sat there. no water, no order taken until i asked the lady outside to have someone come take my order. Would never go back there again and definitely understand now why the low rating. Tho food was good, service was zero. Do not recommend at all!

Just left pickle barrel, huge disappointment, $30 for a bacon cheeseburger and half a potato’s worth of fries with a coke. Price wasn’t the worst part. When I got there the lobby was empty. I stood there for 10 mins until someone finally came to seat me. After placing my order I saw my waiter twice more. When he delivered my food and drink and when I left. After finishing my order and wanting to leave I tried to flag down my waiter twice. He never came. I was thinking it was a shift change or something. I was going to leave the cash on the table and just leave so only after standing up and putting on my winter jacket did he finally come over. Not once asked if I needed anything. I get better service at McDonald’s and that’s pretty bad, at least it isn’t $30 yet at the arches

It was our first time here for brunch. The restaurant had a lot of space and seating, and the booth was very comfortable.We ordered steak and eggs and The Great Reuben sandwiches. Their steak and eggs were very delicious. The steak was very tender and juicy, and I was delighted. As for The Great Reuben, it was relatively greasy, and there was too much butter on the bread, so it felt a bit burdensome after eating. The french fries and home fries portion was okay.Overall, the biggest highlight is their steak, but because they also have a steak section on the menu, it is not surprising that it is so delicious.Our server was very nice and very friendly, which is a plus.Next time we will come back to try the beer and dinner section.

It was my first time ever at any Pickle BarrelThe restaurant was nice and spacious very clean lots of seating available. We had gone around 5:30 pm. Both the hostess and waitress were very friendly and pleasant. I ordered the Budha Bowl (shrimp) it was very tasty, the presentation was cute as well. My friend order a cheese burger and upgraded her fries to a poutine, they looked really yummy. Our drinks of choice were the Bellini (strawberry) that was delicious and her Pina Colada was yummy as well.

I ordered from here around 5:40 and my order came around 6:50. I ordered the kid’s linguine since I wasn’t too hungry but I wanted something to eat and had no food at home. I ordered a side of mash potatoes that were quite dry and disappointing but the linguine itself blew my mind. It was so good, the portioning was really good as well as I had leftovers and it also came with a side. Would definitely order again

The two stars are for the cleanliness and the setup which is pretty nice. I came at lunch time, it was pretty empty. Waitresses were slow and not welcoming. The food looked good and served classy but completely lacked of any flavour. I won’t come here again.I had the P.B burger. Honestly, I ate better burgers in McD.

Nice ambiance, spacious with a lot of seating. I ordered 2 cocktails with chicken wings and fries. The cocktails were absolutely delicious but the fries and wings were a disappointment. Fries were served cold and the wings were also cold and dry…The restaurant wasn’t busy at the time I visited but my meal took forever to arrive. The only thing I enjoyed about the visit was the cocktails and the waitress was also very friendly

I have a great experience in The Pickle Barrel in Yonge & Eglington location. They have Very friendly staffs, our server was very helpful and attentive. The food was great. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Arrived at 6pm on a Tuesday. The eestaraunt was clean and smart looking. We were quickly taken to a tableOur order of a Kung Pao Bowl and Grilled Cheese sandwich was taken. The wrong drinks were brought over. The food eventually arrived. On a plus point both meals were very tasty. Our Server seemed to disappear for a while so we decided not to order dessert.When we arrived the place was quiet but shortly after 7pm the BlueJays baseball game started on the big screens around the restaraunt. The atmosphere improved with more people and some nice benter.Good disabled access. Clean toilets.
