Budget Car Rental

You may not have a choice, but walking or biking is recommended - blessings to you if you can avoid dealing with Patrick or Dave or this entire rental company as they represent Budget.No empathy or problem solving skils.Flight cancelled one day and someone from this location calls at 10:24 pm and assures me they will keep our car for us.Next day our flight is delayed but we get in at 1:15 am ... they can not cross reference our booking and confirmation numbers (apparently). Refuses to call their 1-800 number (24 hour support) and refuses to charge me for another car eventhoughI had an email showing i made reservations 10 days ago.Their solution: take a taxi and comeback during your vacation and we may or may not be able to accommodate you.I think the travel industry has forgotten how to treat clients after covid19 shutdowns, i understand their short staffed but common sense solutions and resolutions to help your paying customers should be easy!Worst travel experience - never had an issue like this. I am baffled and severely disappointed. I hope that the rest of my PEI experience gets better!

I've never felt like I was taken advantage of so much in my entire life! $300 dollars charge to drive from Moncton to Charlottetown!I will never use this company or my staff ever again and wouldn't have if I had any other option!

Booked with my points and got exactly what I was expecting. There was a mix up with the billing and theu rectified it quickly and efficiently. Amazing customer service!

I would give more stars if I could. Needed last minute travel to attend my grandmother's funeral and our flight landed outside of operating hours. I made the reservation incorrectly and was contacted by budget and they arranged to open early to meet us. This act of compassion really eased the stress of an already stressful situation.

I have always used this company when flying back home, that was until this weekend.After arriving from a late flight the rep at the desk was extremely unprofessional on so many levels. She was under the avis sign, we asked if budget was there and her response raising her voice was I am budget" and she asked why it took us so long to get up to the desk. (we had waited in the wrong line for 40 minutes)She then said our car wasn't booked until the following morning

The most rude person i have ever dealt with, and the price was insane compared to Hertz and Enterprise when I've rented with them, it was 700 for 5 days for a bloody corolla would have been cheaper to get a cab all over for 5 days.

Bad service. Rude at the desk. Gave us an economy car paid for a sedan. Not cleaned from previous user garbage and mud on the interior. No rectification. Pathetic service. Go with Enterprise.
