Terrible experience!!!!!! The store closing time was 10pm but they closed it at 9:35pmAnd the people working there had no legit excuse as why they closed it prior to the closing time.Not a good customer service!!!!

Closes at 1am on a Friday, KFC was out of chicken at 11:00pm Imagine that and had to check if the sandwich special of the day was available. You cannot see the kitchen which is unlike other locations where they put the food together. Staff is not pleasant at all. Avoid avoid avoid.

I just went to this location to buy a 4-pieces box and a crunch sandwich. The sandwich is okay, but in the 4-pieces box, only one piece is regular size, the chicken leg is smaller than usual, and the other two pieces are just TINY, each one is only for two bites. The following pictures are the chicken compare with my girlfriend's hand. The staff gave the chicken INTENTIONALLY. Or is this the standard of KFC quality??? It is the WORST service ever, really disappointed for KFC.

Don't try this branch if you want to still like KFC. They will ruin your experience. It was one the worst fried chickens I have ever had. The chickens are more boiled than fried.

Saturday afternoon, not very busy - the place could be cleaner… I left my trash on the table in order to encourage them to clean.. perhaps the next person sitting there will benefit from a clean table.I had fond memories of KFC, I guess somethings are best left in the past.

Went to this location on mothers day weekend. Location opened at 11AM arrived at 11:03, door was locked.Ordered the largest bucket meal, was told it would take 30 minutes for the chicken. Since it doesn't take 30 minutes to fry chicken obviously the fryers weren't ready for 11AM.Since I was in a hurry to make it for moms at 12 I decided to wait. For the 3 sides I asked for macaroni salad, coleslaw and fries. Since the were out of macaroni salad they gave us two large coleslaws instead and never told me. I guess they were out of gravy as well, because we didn't get gravy for the fries.The bucket of chicken had 1/4 cup of grease floating around at the bottom, that's what happens when the chicken doesn't get a chance to rest and goes right from the fryer into a bucket. Practically 60$ for this sad excuse of a lunch. Chicken was in pieces in the bucket.Beware: Location is unorganized, and does the least amount of work for maximum profit, and will substitute your orders without informing you. If you go, check your order before you leave. I certainly would have brought it all back for a refund but was long gone by then. That's what they count on I guess.Or just tell them how much you want to spend, and they'll decided what your getting.Will never go back.

Got the $5 twister wrap special. From what I read (correct me if I am wrong) there should also be tomato in it. Was OK, but not completely as advertised. Also the staff seems to be a little preoccupied with being in the kitchen and not out front serving customers. Was an OK $5 experience in the end I guess.

Food was dry and service was non existent. The servers were in the back just chatting away as the line grew. Fries were soggy with no crisp or saltiness to them. Just not the experience or nostalgia that I was used to in going to a KFC.

Out of four orders, they messed up three. Paid for a three piece meal, got only two pieces. I decided to not bother about their mistake. Second order was fine. Third order was missing the fries and gravy and today, she completely forgot to add the fries. Today, there was no one else in there and they still messed up my order. Each time I called to address the problem. the manager always says that next time they'll give me the missing item.??? How about you guys walk it over and deliver it? They won't out of pure laziness. There were two employees present and it was extremely slow in there. I can't lock up our store to run to them each time especially since it's their mistake AGAIN. Totally disappointed. They just lost a customer. Will never return and head office will hear from me this time. This is unacceptable.
