I’ve consistently had a great experience at Two Rivers FHT. Staff are attentive and kind, my family doctor Schurter is awesome and maternity classes are helpful. Would highly recommend.

They do not care about mental health or consider it important enough for same day appointments. I'm in a crisis and they say we have an appointment in 3 weeks". How disgusting."

I'm really surprised by all of the bad reviews. We've used Two Rivers for years, and have never had an issue with getting an appointment (even same day when needed) or long wait times. The receptionists have also always been friendly and helpful. I understand that they have had to make changes due to Covid, but this is to help ensure the safety of all patients. I'd highly recommend this clinic.

They don’t care, Krislynn who is the receptionist should not have a job there with how she treats patients. After being in care with my primarily for almost 2 decades I will now be switching. She put my life at risk and further went on to say that my medication needing a refill (as it can cause death without) is not her problem despite my pharmacy telling me to call back and get an appointment. She then spoke over me and hung up. Have the day you deserve and know that peoples lives are in your hands too and you risked mine with no remorse. I’ll be calling the BBB and looking into legal action

Dr. Coulson is fantastic. She is so caring, and you can tell she really listens to your concerns. I’m always able to book urgent appointments in a timely manner as well.

I don't know what I did to be treated the way I do by these secretaries but SHEEEESH.Rude isn't even the word to describe their insensitive desensitized behaviour.Writing emails to my doctor twisting my words and trying to make me look bad?Someone needs to make these girls accountable. If I were a doctor here I would never allow my practice to be represented this way.Hopefully after talking with my doctor she deals with the issues at the front, because they make you rather suffer than ask them for help. I think someone needs to remind them, they aren't the doctor, deflate those egos a bit.

Got pap ans swabs done Dec 2 to make sure everything good and called every week after said was no results come today Dec 29 I call and this Dr Schuster literally lost my pap and swabs so it was never sent in I am not to pleased this is my health and they don't seem to care it just o sorry I lost it no that not ok when comes to come ones health so if ur coming here for test make sure u on them about it I have go retest and very worried that happen again this is not ok ans neglectful to patients like not even call to say we lost it I had to call not right I DONT UNDER STAND HOW U CAN LOOSE THINGS THAT NEED TO BE TESTED

We get exceptional care here! From the ease of booking appointments , to the short wait time , it is always an easy and seamless process. Vidhi at reception is lovely with her upbeat, and caring approach to each patient. 5 stars all the way!!
