We've happily called Auburn Park home for almost a decade. Over the years we've enjoyed many lovely neighbours, but our favourite part of life here has to be Narci! He always has a huge smile and goes above and beyond to ensure we are happy. Amazing amenities, great location and beautiful grounds. What's not to love!

Charley was my leasing agent and she's been really wonderful from the start. She is very knowledgeable and very accommodating! She toured us through several suites till she found the perfect one for us. Charley has made our decision to move so enjoyable and stress free. She is a keeper for sure! My daughter and I can't wait to move in!

Can told about my experience with this property management. We are newcomers from Ukraine and had rent problem. Realtor's name was Charley‑Jane O'Brien. She was very polite, answered all our questions about lease agreement and help with rent in just one day. Can recommend this realtor and property management. They can help you in any situation.

Charley was very helpful in helping us find the apartment we’d been looking for. She had shown us a few different rooms that were available which was nice, not just the one we originally scheduled to see. It ended up that the last one she showed us was the one we chose. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made the process easy for me being a first-time renter. The apartment building itself is well maintained, clean (no smoking so there wasn’t any of that leftover smoke smell like other apartments have), spacious units, and that impressed us. Also, a nice plus is that laundry isn’t coin, you use a card and it’s automatically charged to the room. And all the amenities are a bonus. Can’t wait to move in!

She toured us virtually within our preferred time. She replied to our queries promptly even we have this 13hr time gap. All in all Charley is just sooooo awesome! Can't wait to move in!

Auburn Park is a great place for families to settle in, with an on-site gym, a park (with a playground for the kids), tennis and basketball courts, and a pool in the summer! Shopping centers to the north and south are conveniently close by, while these onsite park and amenities are surrounded by four apartments, so it feels relatively private and safe. Most residents are affable and many have children.Charley, the agent assigned to me, is very friendly and helpful. The first time I went to see the apartment, she gave me a bottle of water after I had cycled a long distance. When my iPhone ran out of charge, she kindly let me use her charger. I was very impressed with her kindness even though I was only a potential customer! She also explained everything about the suite to me very carefully (although I later realized she was wrong about the direction of the window..., but not a big deal) and her spoken English was clear and easy for me, a non-native speaker, to understand. She was sometimes slow to reply to my e-mails, or only responded to some of my multiple questions, that could be room for her to improve.CLV's web page is tidy and easy to read, but the way they name the plans and the prices can be confusing. Prices seem to vary depending on something (building or floors etc.?), even for the same floor plan. I don't know exactly how it works.I recommend that you make sure you know which type of unit you want and at which price, which is listed on the web page, before you go for a viewing.In my case, I was shown a unit with a different condition than the one shown on the web page, but I did not realize this until I went back home, and it took several days to resolve the confusion when I inquired later. As it turns out, my unit was supposed to be Plan B but was actually a Plan E layout, but the rent was actually the same price as the one listed on the web as Plan B.Some companies have partnered with them for tenant insurance and internet service (including Wi-Fi), so I recommend asking them as early as possible.I have been living comfortably since moving in! If you have any trouble with the appliances in your room, clogged toilet, etc., you can ask the resident portal or other contacts to help you.

Charley was amazing to me and my wife any questions we had she was more than happy to answer didn't matter the time some people say “anything you need anytime” but this was my first encounter with someone that said that and meant it. All of our demands were met she was amazing for whoever is reading this I PROMISE you will not be disappointed with her she is AMAZING!!!! If there was a possibility to give her 10 stars i would thank you so much charley!!!

I have been living at Auburn Park in London for almost a year and a half. We have very large grounds that are beautifully maintained with a beautiful pool that has a life guard on duty at all times. Maintenance is also very quick at responding to your repair requests. My building is cleaned daily by a lady named Alicia who keeps everything clean and disinfected.Thank you Alicia!I would recommend living at Auburn Park it’s a great place to live.
