Quality and customer service is ok. I had an item tailored and was not told that what I had expected wasn't possible. They instead went and tailored the item and it doesn't fit right. I wish they had told me before changing the item so I could have returned it or at least had input in the process. I have had simpler items done with success. I will be going elsewhere for consistency.

amazing work done by the staff and even better customer service. Went to get my pants hemmed and it was done very quickly and the lady working was very helpful and kind. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and i took the ratings and reviews for this alterations shop as a great location to go for alterations needs but we were sadly disappointed with the service we received. Our first contact with the shop was descent on the phone and sounded like they would be a great place to go. So this combined with the reviews we saw we went with this choice. When we arrived they were not super welcoming but we thought it may have been an off day. In any event my husband got measured up for his suit and I have some material to be made into a bridal sash. I e plaines exactly what i wanted and how i wanted my aplicay to be added. With all this said and done everything was suposed to be ready for pick up on the following Tues. When that day came along i got a call saying that it would be delayed by a day. I wasnt really happy bit thought ok at least we can arrange to pick it up on the Thursday when they are open later. So we arranged for this and arranged to leave early from work to pick up our items only to find out they had closed early that day. This ledt us in a pickle as we had to leave the next morning for our out of town wedding. At that point we ciuld only hope they would be open when they said they would be. That next morning they were open but never even apoogized for what happend. This incident did make us late for getting to site but we made it work. This was a less then stellar experience and i wouldnt recommend going there.

Absolutely wonderful work and customer service. Connie did such a great job on my wedding dress, it fit me perfectly and the work was done very quickly as well!

I took my dress for my daughter’s wedding here. The fabric was satin and fitted so very difficult to work with but the people at La Moda adjusted until it was perfect! I can’t thank you enough for making the dress look perfect for the big day.

I go here to get any of my tailor work done. Excellent quality of work and customer service for a more than reasonable price. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
