Deb was able to fit us in at the last minute for a short nursing visit for our dog that had just come home from surgery. She was also extremely professional, friendly, and helpful during a very stressful situation, and we really appreciated her expertise and willingness to jump in. Well worth the price, and highly highly recommend her! Thank you Deb.

Deb was incredibly professional and prompt from the first moment we contacted her. She took the time to get to know us and our dog before our departure and we felt reassured that she had such a strong veterinary medical background given that our dog got injured just before we were supposed to leave on vacation. While we were away, she sent us thorough daily updates with pics (which were great!). Upon our return, our dog was calm, happy and well cared for and our house was clean, orderly and well maintained. She did an amazing job and we would definitely use her again and highly recommend her.

Deb is an awesome pet caretaker and we were very lucky to find her! She was a huge help in taking care of our dog who had paralysis in both her back legs after she was released from the hospital following an illness. Her background as a vet technician really showed, and she capably handled an intensive schedule (catheter cleaning, exercise routine, medication) while we were away at work with no difficulties. She is an excellent sitter and has a lovely personality. Both my animals are very excited whenever she comes by, which I think speaks for itself!

Fantastic! Everything you could hope for with in-home care for your pets! Deb truly cares for the animals she visits, and is professional and accessible in how she runs her service. We were away for two weeks and Deb took great care of our older cat, sending us updates and photos to show how he was doing. We will definitely send Deb a message the next time we're planning a trip!

We were so happy with our experience with Deb! Communication was always prompt and the daily updates we received including adorable photos of our two little ladies helped to put our minds at ease so we could enjoy our holiday knowing our kitties were in good hands. Upon returning home everything looked in good order, food bowls were cleaned as were litter boxes and everything was great. We will definitely be using Deb's services in the future and would recommend her services to anyone.

We are so lucky to have found Deb. She’s helped us with blood pressure checks, administering subcutaneous fluids, post-dental issues, etc.She clearly cares about each and every pet she meets. She takes her time with them (especially the anxious ones) and us.She comes with so much knowledge/experience and provides great suggestions and recommendations.Could not recommend her more!

Deb was fantastic with my senior cat! My vet prescribed subcutaneous fluids to treat her chronic renal failure and I was struggling the process. Deb quickly gained my cat's trust and was able give her the treatment and then she taught me how to do it by myself. It is now a stress-free process for both my cat and me. I highly recommend Deb!

I can't recommend Deb enough - having a reactive rescue dog is stressful enough, but going away and leaving her with someone that I know I can fully trust was a challenge. But knowing that I'm leaving her in Deb's capable hands gives me such relief when I'm away - she is professional, courteous, and great with both of my fur babies. The care she shows is exceptional and I feel very lucky that both my fur babies and I have her.

Having dealt with at-home vet techs in the past, I can say without hesitation Deb is the best in the Lower Mainland. She is professional, reliable, responsive, and most of all she cares about your pets and she cares about people. She truly is an amazing person, and is great with cats (in my case) and very knowledgeable (because of her previous professional/clinical experience) as well as focused and driven to meet the needs of each individual pet... my wife and I truly consider Pet Inc/Deb a 10/10. Friends I have recommended to her express this similar sentiment.

Deb is an awesome pet lover and human being. She has incredible attention to detail regarding pets’ medical and behavioral needs, and is loving and gentle for their emotional needs. She has been watching my basset hound for the last five years and Chelsea loves being around her. If you want to be at ease while someone else is caring for your loved one, Deb is the person to contact! I would recommend her to anyone for her exceptional care!
