Honestly they have Great staff here. They are always super helpful whenever I go in. I needed some cloths that were on sale but their spot was empty, a staff member went and found some more and brought extra to restock the spot. And today we went to buy a TV stand and the staff were all super helpful. They went and got it, brought it to the front while we shopped and then helped us load it into the truck. And their app and flyers are super easy to use. CT has so many sales. I couldn't be more happy with my experience lately.

This is the only Canadian Tire that does not honour the basic tire warranty that is stated on their web site. Had Cooper tires that had heavy cracking/separating on all 4 tires. Went in to have it checked and was told by one of the mechanics that it was normal for Cooper tires to crack and they don’t cover it. He got the manager who also told me that it’s “normal” for Cooper tires to crack and the tires were fine. I told them it was a manufacturer defect and based on Canadian Tire’s warranty it should be covered. I was very rudely told that If I want warranty to go try another store.Went to Canadian Tire in Sherwood Park and was instantly told my tires defective and had a new set installed under warranty with no issues at all.Went back to Canadian Tire in Fort Saskatchewan to tell them that my tires were replaced under warranty at another store and tried to show him his own warranty but the gentleman working walked away as I was talking. I said “I’m trying to show you but you don’t seem to want to listen” to which he replied “you’re right, I’m not gonna listen”. I told him to have a nice day and left. Make sure to make the 10 min trip south if your thinking of buying tires.

Nice store but dated. It’s clean and well lit. The staff is friendly and courteous. I am used to the Canadian Tire on Manning Drive which opened a couple of years ago and is larger and more modern. This store is well stocked but will not have as many choices as the larger store. I still like all Canadian Tire stores. In the future I would come again if I am in Fort Saskatchewan.

I like C-tire and and their products. But good grief, can you please get a self check out at this location.... Nothing more detouring when there is 10 deep in line and one person working. I usually go to home depot first if what I need is there specifically because of this reason. (no need to respond to this asking me to call a number so you better understand. Read the above, its all there.) I still gave you 5 star....Many of us like this store and what it offers but you are getting left behind by your competitors. Its not rocket science, just do what they are doing please. Don't want to see this store close.Good luck.

Lots of parking. I enjoyed the heavy lift events. Stone, hammer and caber toss. Lots to see.. Something for everyone. Dancing, pipe bands and Scottish ware vendors. Free for seniors.

Canadian Tire
Poor service, when you need assistance getting an item there’s literally no one to be found even after circling the store & no one comes after you get someone paged to that area. This was in the middle of the afternoon - does no one work there ?? Losing out on many purchases !

Went to the Auto Service here on a Wednesday after auto service was closed (3:30pm). Spoke to someone working there about getting four new tires with rims mounted and balanced. Booked a service time for the following Friday morning at 8am to have them built, put mine and my wifes numbers on the work order for when they're done so one of us can know and go pick them up. Get told this is all well and good, and most importantly that we pay when we come to pick them up.Fast forward to 10am Friday when neither my wife or myself has gotten a phone call regarding the tires. Call service and ask about our 8am service that morning. Get told that they can't build the tires without payment first. At no point in the prior day, nor at 8am when the service was supposed to be conducted, were we contacted about the issue of not being able to have the service done without payment. I have no issue with having to have paid first, in fact we tried to on Wednesday and were told multiple times we didn't have to pay until we picked up the tires. It's the fact that at no point did any service writer, the technician or the manager look at the work order and consider calling to say Hey

Canadian tire is worst than a professional scammer. They sold you warranties they know, they will never respect. I hope this company will go bankrupt and disappears for the good. Anyone who cares about his car should not go to canadian tire ever. I used to go the canadian to fix my car. But anytime I have fixed my car there, I have to come back 3 to 6 months later with a bigger problem. In that time I though, I was not lucky and things can breakdown. What I did not realize was that with a very bad so called professionals you are out of luck and things can go badly for your car and wallet. I think, people who are going to canadian tire are at risk of losing or getting problem with their cars that should not have happened if their cars were in good hands. If you keep going there just remember Canadian tire will never take any responsibilities and you will be on your own like I am right now. I trusted this company and now I deeply regret it.By the way, anyone who gives good review to this company just to downplay what real customers feelings are, is morally responsable as canadian tire . They share the same blame.

I just went here today to buy a fuse holder. The list price was $15.99 but came up as $19.99The cashier (awesome guy) was trying to give it to me for the list price but when he called the manager, they said no….even when I showed them the list price on the shelf. It’s apparently illegal under “scanner price accuracy code” under retail council of Canada. So I think from now on, I’ll drive to the next town over to avoid how this store does it’s business.
