The Auto Guys

The autoguys have been my go to mechanics for years.They are not the cheapest in town, but I believe you get what you pay for, and these guys are on the top of my list.Never had any issues with the work they have done, and they always go above and beyond.Accurate estimates, great regular maintenance.I can't emphasize how pleased I am with their service e ery time.

I have an older car with very very high kilometers. I keep it clean and like to maintain it properly. I discovered the Auto Guys in January and have been so pleased with their performance. I cannot praise them sufficiently. They are professional, polite and do marvelously superb work. Their shop, waiting area and washroom are spotless as well. Try them if you havent already. I assure you that you will not be disappointed.

The best service in town! I have an old truck that requires a lot of TLC. The Auto Guys are great at explaining what repairs are required immediately and what needs to be monitored for repairs down the road.Always friendly and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. The price of the repairs are always what I was quoted, with no surprises.Keep up the great work Guys!

I do most of my own automotive work, but I have taken my vehicle in for the odd job and the guys have always done a great job. The service is friendly and quick, prices are fair and they've never tried to upsell me on anything. I'm sure I will use the auto guys again in the future

It's an automobile garage, they are polite and they only check when you phone and tell them what is wrong with the vehicle, they also store tires in a heated place, a Tim Hortons next door. They are also deal with CAA.

I booked in my car for an oil change and tire change - they did the work no issue. Seems fine to me, however, i do have an issue with the fact that the mechanic didn't clean up at all. My car is covered in oil.. I'm not impressed. Also, they said that i have lights out when, but when I checked all my lights, none of them were out - they all worked.

The Auto Guys deserve a 10 Star rating, they are excellent and worth the drive from out of town. They have completed both routine maintenance and major repairs on my vehicles over the years. Whenever there is a problem I can trust they will be honest, fair and get things fixed right! I always feel my vehicle is in good hands when I bring it in, they treat it as their own. One thing that stands out to me is the way they always take the time to not only explain the work they have done but they will show you first hand. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I highly recommend The Auto Guys of St Thomas to anyone looking for a trusting shop!!

Had a turbo issue with a truck. Work was completed as well as a few extras for the quoted price and in less time than expected. Matt understood the importance of the truck being back on the road and made sure it was 100% before it left the shop. Great service, honest guys.

Had an issue with my Honda Accord which no one was able to assess and fix. Brought it into Auto Guys in St Thomas, they found the issue and repaired it. What I liked the most is they explained the problem to me and how they were able to repair it. Would highly recommend them, don't trust your vehicle to anyone else in St Thomas, go and see The Auto Guys
