Absolutely horrible. Champion said tow driver will pick tow truck up in 1/2 hr (this was a 2:27am) and about 1/2 hr 45 mins to get to my driver. My driver was 41kms from Brandon. Sitting on the highway in -35 degree weather. Tow driver decided he knew everything and decided not to go out til 4am. WOW. since when does a company decide what a customer needs. Do your self a favour and try someone else.

I was calling around Brandon this morning to get quotes on a within-town tow for my Volkswagen Jetta. Not only was I quoted the best price I'd come across so far, I was won over right away by the charming sense of humour with the fellow I spoke to. We arranged a time for service as I was juggling arranged rides and appointments. Thankfully, the truck was there early. My car was loaded efficiently, but also attentively onto the flatdeck (the driver kept a close eye on the bottom of my low car to make sure the angle was safe for my oil pan). Got my car to its destination without any issues and price was as quoted. Great, friendly service... would definitely call them again (but hope I don't have to).:-)

The tow truck was there within 10 minutes of me calling. Great service! Will call again if I need them!

Towed my truck from one point to another at a reasonable cost, left me a brand new toque to keep warm next time it breaks down

They are pretty professional with everything they have..... got stuck in mud for about 5 hours one of their tow truck came and got us out in just few mins.

Phoned for a quote to tow a trailer on a flat deck and was told almost 1800 for 40 km
