Dr. Kan C. Lee

The receptionist was very rude and not helping at all!!!!Over the weekend, My kid was having diarrhea and high grade fever, by monday first thing in the morning we called their clinic to have her checked up by Dr. Lee. We informed the receptionist about her condition and we even told them that she is having difficulty of breathing because of her clogged nose but all she said was that Dr Lee is fully booked and she can only book us 3 weeks after. She told us to bring my kid in a family doctor instead. But then the family doctor misdiagnosed my kid's condition. We called their clinic again the next day hoping Dr Lee will check our kid this time. We told them everything, even the misdiagnosis of the family doctor and we badly needed her pedia to have her checked-up but then again the receptionist told us that Dr Lee is fully booked and she can only book us by next month.I complained and told them the weight of the situation but the receptionist told us that Dr Lee will just call us..We waited the whole day but we did not received any call from them. Not until 2 days after which was too late already. If we only know that they wont be available for my kid in case of emergency and that they would only keep on passing us to a family doctor then what would be the use of getting a pediatrician then. How can we trust our kids health if even in an emergency situation they chose not to prioritize our kid just because they are fully booked!!!

Wonderful Doctor, I can not say enough good things about Dr. Lee, but his assistant is a whole other story. The phone is always busy, and when I do get through to book an appointment is if I can wait 3 weeks she'll book an appointment, if I can't then just go to the Stollery Emergency. It's such a shame, his previous assistant was the best assistant a patient can ask for, always greets us with a smile, always answers the phone, listens and knows to prioritize those that needs to see Dr. Lee first (I am more than willing to let others first, who needs him).

Worst pediatrician I know. He rushes through the visits and his assistant practically does about 60% of the appointment and he just rushes in and out of the examination room. He was inpatient with us and refused to see us on our last appointment because we were less than 15 mins late - even though we had in the past waited over 45 mins in his clinic.

Have always been pleased with this clinic. Dr. Lee was my pediatrician growing up, my own daughters, and will soon be my grandchild's', too! The clinic itself is always well-kept, despite being in an older building. Dr. Lee is very friendly, and has a very courteous way of answering any questions you may have.The only reason I chose not to give this review a 5/5, is because getting a hold of the office during business hours can be such a PAIN! I would often have to call several times to get through. I suppose a small price to pay for such a wonderful pediatrician!

Don’t waist your time going her . Find other professional help !We waited over a month for an appointment and got pushed away because we were 10 min late cause of the parking situations at this complex.It’s a joke how clients get treated for things like this when you gave to wait anyway 30 min in the waiting area .

Worst pediatrician ever!!! Need to wait for a long line up for the appointment, when finally got to the appointment they just call to cancel or ask to reschedule because the doctor can’t make it. Today I came in for my son appointment and the doctor just rushed to leave for the day and blaming us come in late for 5mins ??? The receptionist is also a liar, she said to me on phone the doctor will wait for me within 10mins, when I got there (within 5mins) she told the doctor already left. If you can not stay for the appointment you should not ask us to make the appointment with you. Worst place ever! Do Not take your child to him!!

Just phoned to get my son a appointment with Dr.Lee but was told I had to get a referral from a walk in clinic doctor since it’s been 2 years that my son saw him. After being his doctor for 4 years that’s super disappointing because he wasn’t sick during Covid so we didn’t make an appointment thinking spots were limited or needed for people who were actually sick.

Dr Lee is an amazing paediatrician. He truly cares about our kids. I was sick when I brought my kids in to see him and he was willing to assist me too. I am so thankful that my kids are in such great hands! His receptionist Kelsey is wonderful too! It is a very busy office so it may take more than a few calls to make an appointment but it is definitely worth the effort.

Such a disorganized office! It has taken me three months to get my daughter in for her 6 month check up with Dr. Lee. They call and reschedule you several times when I finally went in today they had me booked in for the wrong day and I had my appointment in my phone. I’ve also had a lot of issues calling the office sometimes going days without them picking up the phone. I am not happy. I came all the way there today from Spruce Grove for an appointment I KNOW I had. I won’t be retuning.

We love Dr. Lee! He is so good with our three kids, always smiling, always patient, and anyways knowledgeable. The staff are always nice and friendly too. We are so glad to have him as our pediatrician!
