Poor quality of nails over priced garbage charged for design but there was no design

The ladies are all very accommodating and very experienced in style & techniques. The massage chairs are heavenly. Prices are very good. Thank you for always a great job & feeling pampered each time.

I have been going here for the last 6 months and the ladies are always so friendly and welcoming. Always do a fantastic job on my nails and do amazing job replicating nail inspiration I bring them. Their pedicures are also amazing. I had a recent Florida vacation and my shellac pedicure didn't chip or fade throughout my whole trip. Love this nail salon, and highly reccommend.

Been going to Fancy Nail since moving to Windsor 4 years ago. Tina does an amazing job as does Cindy. Highly recommend Fancy Nail.

I attended this nail salon a couple of times then I called in advance to book 2 manicures. Upon arrival the salon was busy so the 2 of us sat for a minute then the girl I was with started her manicure as I waited and waited and waited....got fed up and left. I told her in no uncertain terms that I had booked TWO appointments!!!!! Will never go there again.......if Cindy had have made some sort of effort to apologize (a complimentary manicure etc) I would have considered trying again but now will NEVER go back. My time is valuable tooo!!!! Went to the $ Store next door and spent my money in a more enjoyable atmosphere.

There is no point of booking an appointment. They just accept all walk-ins as they enter and you can end up waiting for 30 min even with appointment booked. Happens to me every time. The place is outdated & quite dirty, especially the carpet when you first walk in. I don't think it was every vacuumed. That being said, the ladies are ok. Most have been working there for over 10 years, and I keep going back by default. They kinda keep the instruments clean and I haven't had an issue with my nails (yet).

I have been going to see Cindy, Tina and Anna for over 19 years. They are all so eager to please. They do fantastic nails, very clean environment and their customer service is top notch. Cindy is always trying to hand out bottles of water and treats. When you get to know them all, they each have different personalities but they are all so nice. I would definitely recommend this nail establishment.

The girls are always on their game..... Cleanliness, always pleasant, always do good work. I've been coming here for about 5 years and I've never once had a negative experience. Wonderful establishment.

I really liked my experience, everyone was very nice and friendly. All seemed to be happy. Luckily there was no wait time at all. The lady I had was very friendly and not overly chatty which is nice. I lost my dad recently and wasn't really looking for a chat, just a break from the stress of life. She noticed my acrylic nails needed to be changed as the last place I went didn't do a good job and water was getting in and the nails were breaking off easy. She took a lot of pride in her work and was patient when I kept moving my fingers in the wrong place.I wasn't sure about the used rubber gloves that they put on to do the nails, as that's the first I've experienced it but I got over it quickly and just enjoyed the experience.The place was nice and clean. But I didn't notice a place to wash my hands, but I also didn't ask. 100% I will go back in the hopes that's this will be the new place I go for my nail treatments. Thank you, ladies

I will literally never ever go back here!Worst nail salon out there i don't even know how they have a 4 star rating because if I could give no star I would. The lady who did my nails was rough careless and cheap!!! And I mean cheap on the acrylic stuff and nail polish nails are idek what shape but not what I asked for. There's so little nail polish u can see threw my nails. My one nail is definitely going to fall off at any second and the price is ridiculous and to charge tax? I've never been so disappointed in my life !
