Absolutely astonished at this place can someone explain why they are so rude at the door. Greeter stated we close in 28minutes" In a rude tone and then they dimmed the lights I have a hard time seeing I was in and out by 9:38 22 minutes before they close. It was super dark and I don't believe lights should be touched before close."

Can't give it lower. I called 3 times to find out holiday closing time. They kept picking up the phone and hanging up on me. I was in store a few weeks earlier and had the rudest staff. I'm just stunned and can't believe this is ok. To hang up on people at 9:40am. It wasnt like I was calling before store hours. Or to snip at me because you didn't like that I wasn't wearing a mask when i asked her for directions?? Was going to let the employee thing slide as it was a one off and we all have bad days. Apparently this is standard practice when you also allow people to just hang up the phone without saying a word as well.

Friday night , as the people evacuating Edson due to the fires , we showed up at 9 pm to grab pillows and blankets and water for the kids and the older the gentleman at the door , closed the doors and said , we are closed , I said what about those of us who need blankets and food , we are from Edson , and he responded , NOT MY PROBLEM and Safeway is open and proceeded to shut the door , the parking lot had over 400 vehicles with people needing things , but your store didn’t offer help ,, slammed the door in people’s faces

Very hit and miss. Most of the time the shelves are bare and you can never find what you’re looking for. I also find a lot of the floor staff quite rude and not very helpful.Not a super center. Very small

Hinton Walmart has to be the smallest and worst Walmart in Canada and USA… I’ve worked at Hintons Walmart and the staff are not that great, I have to drive to Edson as Hintons Walmart is to tiny to carry anything, Edson has supercentre and is wayyy nicer and offers a lot more then Hinton…
