I will only give the stars to the family physician as she was great. I never saw any smile face or warm greeting from front desk staffs. the most upset part is the waiting time for shots. In which, we had to wait for more than half hour, and reminded staff which we are still waiting to get the nurse came out to finish the job in 30 seconds.

We have been with our family doctor, Dr. Javanmard for the past 17 years and have been coming to this clinic since our family doctor moved here. FANTASTIC doesn't do our family doctor justice. She is FABULOUS!!!The team here also great! They have always been really attentive and helpful. Aida from the team always goes above and beyond to help out especially when we need something communicated with our doctor in a timely manner.

Not impressed with the admin at all. First, I wanted to book an appointment to discuss test results which I could see online. Was told they didn't have them because they get them faxed in. Finally got to book the appointment after much discussion. Then the day of the appointment, I received a call an hour AFTER my scheduled phone appointment telling me that it had been cancelled and needed to be rebooked. When I called back to rebook (and finally got through), there was no acknowledgement that this was even an issue. Except I took an hour out of my day to wander around with my phone, not do anything else, so I could take my (unbeknownst to me) cancelled phone appointment.

I have been with my family physician for over 25 years and after covid, it's nearly impossible to get hold of him for important matters. I needed some medical forms that were crucial for my employment to be completed by my family physician. It takes them over a month to just get to it, despite me reminding the office many times. Absolutely ridiculous.

This used to be a great family practice but over the last couple of years, it has gone downhill. The administrative staff messed up my appointment once when I had travelled 20 kms and asked me to wait or come back in 2 hours when I might be seen by the doctor or not! You are kept on hold as soon as someone answers and then more hold! I didn’t know about this roster that doctors have but I have been going to the nearby walk-in clinic which is more accessible in distance and appointments. The administrator calls me today to say that the ministry has advised them to take me off their roster if I continue to do that.What’s a health service worth if you cannot see or speak to your own doctor and cannot get an appointment for 2 1/2 weeks after telling the front desk staff your history and whether it’s worth their while for you to have an appointment! The administrative staff will decide if you need a referral for physio and that you will have to pay $20 for it because they have not checked your age even after asking what your birthdate is, and even after that you don’t need to see the doctor.Dr Shan and Dr Kamalanathan have been impeccable in their service.

My family physician is GREAT, when you can actually get a hold of them. I've been requesting medical forms from the clinic for over a month regarding a condition I have and I have had not been able to get them. I don't know if it's the desk staff who can't seem to relay this to my physician or if it's my physician them self. Regardless, getting in to see your family doctor shouldn't take weeks to months, especially if you have a medical concern that would only get worse over time. And then if you go to a walk-in clinic they'll threaten to take you off the patient list, what else do you expect your patients to do?

My wife and I are traveling to Thailand next month. We found this travel clinic online and booked an appointment with Dr. Aw. He explained everything we needed without pushing anything on us. Since we have insurance we went with most shots. My wife doesn't do well with vaccinations and he has been nothing short of amazing. He is knowledgeable, personable and just a very nice Dr. I can't recommend this travel clinic highly enough. Dr. Aw has gone above and beyond.

At my appointment with Dr. Aw I was told the nurse would contact us for our travel vaccine, but after not hearing for over two weeks I called to inquire since we need the vaccine by next week or else can’t go on our trip. It turns out there was an admin error and we weren’t on the vaccine list. The receptionist told me they would do their best to contact me next week to schedule the vaccine. I told her “their best” wasn’t good enough and I needed to schedule a date today so we don’t risk having to cancel our trip. I was told we should have booked this sooner....which we did but there was an admin error and they didn’t call like they were supposed to. After getting frustrated with the receptionist and insisting on a commitment on whether we would get the vaccine, I was put on the phone with the nurse, who went on to ream me out for being rude to the receptionist. No apology for the admin error or for potentially causing us to cancel our trip. I admit I was a little rude, but do they care at all that I might have to cancel a $30,000 trip because of their admin error? For what it’s worth, Dr. Aw was great though.

Spoke with reception. She is so rude and definitely should not be in a patient facing role. Very unprofessional. Shows these doctors can't be trusted. Go somewhere else where they actually care.

Clinic is the worst. What's the use of the family doctor when we are not able to get timely appointments specially for kids. Everytime they say go to emergency.
