Needed to match some tile from a 6+ year old project, George brought in tile from all over Canada from there warehouses til we found what we needed, only 12 pieces. Fantastic service and much appreciated. Order desk email service was extremely prompt also, great job Olympia Hamilton.

UPDATE: The customer service replied after this review. Answered the question accurately.Filled out the online contact form. They didn't reply. Amazing how many companies are like this. If you have a form, you should work out the process to reply to inquiries.

Super rude! We came half an hour before closing after traveLing 30 minutes to get there. Doors to showroom were locked and I was ignored by everyone inside. When a middle-aged woman with shoulder length dark hair came to the door she wouldn’t let me in and scolded me for not having read the website which indicates entry is by appointment only. No exceptions even though they were now empty and open for another 30 min..Don’t go here! Spend your time and money elsewhere!
