First Class Mandarin School

I have had and I continue to have a great experience at First Class Mandarin School. The attention by the teachers is personalized with small classroom sizes.All positive! I would recommend to anyone.!

I've only ever spoke English. I wanted to learn Mandarin so I tried on my own with Duolingo, couldn't do it. So I tried looking for an online Skype teacher, it still was too difficult.I found First Class Mandarin after searching around and I'm glad I did. I joined classes with teacher Ranran Hao and it has been a great experience. The lessons are very reasonable and progress moves at a comfortable pace. I've never felt overwhelmed or pressured.I feel like I've made real progress into learning a new language and I would recommend First Class Mandarin to anyone wanting to learn Mandarin.

I would give zero stars if possible. I was a student at First Class Mandarin for six lessons, after which I realized my teacher Ranran Hao (also the owner) was completely unprofessional: she is chronically late and my class time is frequently disrupted by her cell phone, her going to fix the printer, etc. She makes same-day, last-minute changes to class time. When I asked for a refund on my remaining six classes because this all negatively affected my learning, the discounts" she gave me at the beginning became fees so I lost 100 dollars. Do not use this school: Ranran Hao is a scammer and a disgrace to the teaching profession."
