NO NO NO - TERRIBLE ALL AROUND! There are so many things wrong with this place I don't know where to start. First, the quality of the jewelery they sell is by far the worst. That's just a fact and good luck getting your money back. Second, their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. The owner is extremely rude and thinks he is better than other people and will definitely treat you like that.Don't believe any of the positive reviews here and look at the negative, which are accurate. I know I wish I did before buying my jewelry from this store. The positive reviews are fake and are likely from the owner's friends, family, and workers.I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. There are plenty of good jewelers around the city. Why settle for a garbage one like this?

STAY AWAY AND BUY YOUR JEWELRY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!If I could leave this store a negative rating I would. I purchased a gold bracelet for $800 that kept breaking every few weeks. I work in an office, not an assembly line, and wear the bracelet daily but it shouldn’t be breaking every few weeks given the gentle wear. After fixing it at the store 3 times I have asked to replace it and instead was told that their warranty only covers a certain number of fixes. I then asked for a different solution and potentially a replacement of the bracelet all together but instead the owner of the store told me no, yelled at me, called me GARBAGE, told me that he could fix my bracelet in a few days but instead will take 2 -3 weeks. I am in disbelief at the lack of respect for people and appreciation for business he is getting when there are so many other options available out there. This person should not own a business and should not deal with customers. This is not Iran and you will not go very far treating people the way you do. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE AGAIN and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!
