This is my favourite place to shop household cleaning - laundry, hand soap, etc. I find cleaning products in particular are so bad for producing large bulky plastic and it feels good knowing how much has been saved by shopping here over the last 3 years!

Super nice small group of people doing great work! The website convenient and easy to use, and the containers you get your food in can be returned so they can reuse them. Low/zero waste, vegan products, reasonable prices, and it's not just groceries. I bought some dish soap and when I'm done I can just give them the bottle back to refill. They provide a great service to the community! Highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They offer lots of different products for you to refill, including essential oils. You can bring in your own containers, or use a donated one for free.Although there is stairs into the shop, they have a ramp if you need assistance.I will be going back again soon to try out more of their products!

Unbelievable that such place exist here. I'm so impressed. All the staffs very polite and helpful. I just cant stop saying things about them. The variety of products ranges a long list. All organic, really great concepts of going package free. The best part is, u can buy and try only how much u required. So zero wastage. I got my first purchase, hope I get to grab more.

I regularly buy all my soaps and shampoo at the Reimagine refillery because I want to reduce the amount of single-use plastics I buy. I used to love this store before they went completely online… can’t use your own containers which literally defeats the purpose of the entire “zero waste” thing, so instead you have to purchase there’s. I don’t plan on ever shopping here again it’s just not efficient and convenient anymore.
