Fast service....repair man Kevin..courteous and professional...job well done...

If I could rate a 0 I would. We have had a natural gas leak since December and nothing got done until this last month after far too many calls from ourselves and family that also smell it. We have suffered from natural gas poisoning (as told by doctors) and have been hospitalized. Every time I call I get lied to about my name not being on my own account and I'm constantly disrespected. I'm a 23 year old and I always use the utmost respect, I'm incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed by how I've been treated and how my health doesn't matter to the company at all. Now being forced to take this to small claims court. But thank you for digging up my backyard and leaving a mound of Dirt that you never packed down and telling our bosses you never had a call regarding our house. We are about to lose our jobs and they don't care at all and actually respond with more disrespect. I've been trying for hours a day for weeks to get ahold of a supervisor or someone that can actually help us instead of belittling us and how serious this is and how it has seriously affected my health and mental state.

The BEST customer service. I had issues with my fire alarm and something about carbon dioxide detected… called ATCO and they sent someone right away. The gentleman was courteous & professional! 10/10 !

Without a doubt, everyone I asked for help from today, from ATCO Gas in Red Deer and beyond, were extremely helpful and resolved my natural gas concern in a very timely fashion. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. A BIG THANK YOU from my husband and I.

I have not met a single person in the Red deer station that didn't try to bend over backwards to help me. I give them maximum Stars.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service, and the customer service representatives hang up on you whenever you say something you don't like about the company they work for.I had made payment arrangements, ensured the bill was paid off BEFORE the contract termination date, and they still proceeded to cancel my account...5 days AFTER I had paid it in full.Absolute JOKE of a company and your money is spent better ANYWHERE else.

$130 connection fee, and you can't shut the gate. Thank you for the $500 fine for letting my dog out, I'll be sure to give ATCO gas property the same respect mine has received! What comes around goes around! Thanks Employee #17354.
