Imran runs a thorough business. He is very knowledgeable and proactive in helping solve the problem. Imran from Time spenders was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. We were very upset about the situation and somewhat embarrassed. We are internationally and domestic travellers and likely had a hitchiker bug come home with us.Imran came in and did two complete applications and covered every square inch of our 4500 Sq ft home. Imran was incredibly thorough and was able to address our questions and concerns. The bed bug occurannce was upsetting and flipped our house upside down. It was allot of work the prepare the house for the treatments. We vacuumed for 20 plus hours and washed every piece of laundry in the house.To those who think bed bugs are a social housing or hotel issues think again. Canada has a major bed bug issue and hospitals spray monthly. Movie theaters and schools are as common sources. Be aware that bed bugs don't care who you are or how clean you keep you house. All it takes is one hitchiker bug and you will have a full blown issue in 7-10 weeks. Only way to limit this from happening is vacume, vacume and vacume. Flip your sheets and beds weekly limits the potential issues but does not prevent it.Honesty, this was upsetting but after 14 days of sleepless nights and lots of work we believe the issue is no more.Imran was incredible and highly recommended his company. He left monitor traps to watch over our current situationor possible future ones.If you don't want bed bugs don't travel and take all your cloths off in the garage before coming in.You are one bug or egg away from a terrible experience!
