Barbra wouldn’t give me a sales person , I tried explaining on what I needed , just rude . You might be a nice person but come on give me a sales person. Must of caught you on break in a rush to hang up . There is a reason why people go to the USA or China get stuff made . If you were my receptionist, you wouldn’t have a job period .

This place is a rip off. They don’t understand the differences between COGS and SG&A. Comparably, their quotes were almost double to others. When providing tangible feedback they ignored it, made excuses, and tried to validate their rationale rather than listen. Be aware of flexible pricing models and price gauging here.
