Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented the car for 57 days and took it approximately 20,000 km around the whole USA. The whole process was incredibly smooth. A lot of things could've gone wrong, but everything thankfully went right. Management and staff members were all very helpful and knowledgeable. I did have to get the car checked out after 30 days at a location in Portland Oregon but everything went very smooth there as well. I returned the car and there was no issues. Thanks again for the great experience. Will be coming back for sure. Next time I need a rental.

Best service I have ever recieved from a car rental agency. We flew into Toronto after 3 days and three canceled flights as a result of the bad storms. I called Enterprise ( 4932 Sheppard Ave East location) at least 5 times over the 3 days to change our pickup times. Every call was handled in a courteous and helpful manner . I will definitely rent a vehicle from this location in the future.

Good service! Staff and Manager are friendly and helpful. We had to exchange the car 3x, and they were patient with us and respected our needs.I recommend this establishment.

Excellent service, friendly stuff, professional, tired few times to fill gas to full before return, but cannot, after explain to her, she told me nothing to worry, it is very friendly, not like other competitors, my suggest is when you rent car, better to rent from like these big company, thanks and will come back again.

Very disappointed with the service I received from this location. They told me everything was good with the rental return but then charged my credit without notice for charges I wasn't informed about.

Staff at Scarborough location (at Sheppard Ave. E.) is very sneaky, NOT a honest business. Not recommend to everyone to rent at vehicles at there. First, they don't tell you the extra rate you need to pay for a luxury vehicle rate after the insurance pay the basic rate. Also, their rental agreement (Enterprise as a whole) does not disclose the daily rate before you sign and then pick up a vehicle.Back to Scarborough location staff, they are verbally flatten (just get whatever luxury vehicle you want, and pretend they don't have the good communication with car insurance) and push you get a luxury vehicle and tell your car insurance after you return the vehicle. Indeed, you won't get any reimbursement from car insurance.Also, one of their Mercedes C300's wheel has problem, the whole vehicle is shaking when you drive over 100 km/hr. I am glad that I drove less than 30 minutes and returned the vehicle. They replace me a BMW X2 without charges. I am not sure the Mercedes problem existing to other customers.

Arrangements were made in advance so there was no reason to keep me waiting about 15 mins. while the vehicle was being cleaned my time is just as valuable.Also the pick up driver needs to ascertain the passenger mood and not try to engage in conversation for the entire trip, if I'm just giving short response then just drop it.
