Just a bought a 2009 Toyota Sienna certified here. Everyone seems very professional. My car is very clean. Alex is a gentleman of a salesman. They fixed up what I asked them to fix. I will provide an updated review after 36 days and another update a year later. I have faith that I will leave a good review in 36 days and another in 1 year. I am thinking of buying another soon.

Purchased my first car today. Was very pleased with how I was treated from the first day I stepped inside. I never felt pressured or just a number. Alex took his time and explained everything to me. He made sure my car was 100% in tip top shape before calling me to pick it up. He also went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for me by changing the tires, fixing the back car seat etc. Thank you Alex for everything you’ve done for me.
