The pharmacy provides horrible customer service. No one answers the phone, it takes forever to get a prescription filled.

The person who cashed me out signed me up for emails without my consent - I saw him hit the opt in" button on the screen (my email address had been pre-populated because I collect PC points). Then when I asked him if he'd signed me up for emails

I wish I could give negative stars. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life! Not only are they rude, they’re extremely unhelpful. We had an issue with my daughter’s benefits going through. I had to decide if I was just going to pay for the needed medication or go without. Within 30 seconds she snapped at me that I needed to decide or move so she could help other customers. There was one customer that had literally just arrived. I couldn’t believe how I was being treated.Setting up payments for my other child’s medication through a third party company was a nightmare. They continually messed it up, 4 times, causing so much extra work and delays for me and my child.I was supposed to have my vaccine today. I have a sore throat and wanted to ask if I should still get the vaccine. After an hour and a half of trying to get through, my appointment came and went. It’s impossible to ever get through. My doctor can rarely get through. I’ve switched everything to a different pharmacy even though it’s further and busier because I can’t handle this place anymore, even though it’s within walking distance for me. My new pharmacy couldn’t believe that they spent an entire day trying to get through for information and couldn’t.

I was charged $12 for a presto card. No funds on the card. Just the card.They sold me a card but did not tell me I had to put money on the card for it to 'activate' (I already had money on my Presto account). When I went back to fix the problem they refused to unless I paid again for the card I had already paid for. Giant rip off.

Shoppers is great, but pharmacy is so slow. Ordered my refills online, which ironically there's a sign at the pharmacy which says (order online, skip the wait.) Ahh, I've been standing in line for 25 minutes just to pick-up my order. Please, order more staff so you can address customer's issues. Filling prescriptions, giving flu shots, completing orders is to much for just two staff.

This pharmacy never has the stock to fill some common prescriptions. Have to wait 2 to 3 days for stock to arrive. This happens all the time. And if you need a blister pack it's promised in 2 days then you're told they only put them together every Tuesday. They also automatically charge for repeats so if your doctor changes your prescription, you've paid for redundant medication and no credit or refund. Very frustrated! Time to move elsewhere unfortunately.

The pharmacy at this store is critically understaffed. It's impossible to get through to them on the phone, all lines are constantly busy and I can't get ahold of anyone. My prescriptions constantly go without being refilled despite being enrolled in auto refill. I can tell the staff are doing the best that they can but there's simply not enough of them. There also seems to be a lot of turnover here and the experienced staff that used to be here left.

Nity was a terrible person. as a black person I felt discriminated it against as I entered the store in the beginning and was followed immediately by one of the workers. I am pretty sure she was following me as I was shopping I told her to stop and confronted her she later on told the worker to follow me thinking I was going to steal I could hear her speaking in the next aisle telling them to follow me this is highly unacceptable and management should take care of her. Not even a warning cause this happened more than once. Please fire her or replace her with a better person

Dingy little store, poorly managed, and opens late. The pharmacy team is awful, they are ill attentive and have no problem carrying on personal telephone conversations for 5 and 10 minutes while a line of people tap their feet, listening to the P.A. announce pharmacy line 1" over and over. It's a shame too

Very slow in the pharmacy. Not enough staff for the filling of prescriptions and severing customers. The staff are busy giving vaccines and flu shots. Shoppers and the store owner should be reported to public health for not providing social distancing. The area is too small for the customers picking up medication or consulting with pharmacy staff and those waiting for vaccines or flu shots. I have been a customer for over 30 years and this is the worse I have encountered even during the shut downs. I am think of taking my business else where.I can't even contact the pharmacy staff by phone. Very poor customer service at the pharmacy. I blame Shoppers Drug Mart and the owner for this mess.
