I had a really great experience with getting my laptop fixed! It is worth confirming if you will be getting brand new parts or used (if that is something that matters to you) but even the used part was is very good shape for my particular laptop. I ended up saving some money and ALOT of time that I would be waiting at other places.

My kid likes T470 as her new laptop for online classes. although, it is a little bit slow for me and the battery has no juice. Gemal is professional on laptop, I like the words , they give laptop 9 lives, to my surprise he know so much news on current event even from my motherland. Nice talking with him.

Gemal was incredibly helpful and thorough with my purchase of an iMac. Went above and beyond offered graciously tech support for free and included a 90 day warranty. Always quickly responsive to any question or query. Will definitely be purchasing again for all of my computer needs. I highly recommend his services and his business. Gemal was super friendly, service was quick, very reasonably priced, and even suggested long term changes in behaviour that could prevent the issue (charging cable malfunctioning) from happening again. So happy with them!

Top quality company. I bought a very fast Mac computer from Laptop Guru. I burned it in for about 3 or 4 days, and it never missed a beat. Every day I have used it since, it has been wicked fast. I would be very confident in buying additional computers from the Laptop Guru. For me, I can honestly say they are one of Edmonton's best computer shops. No question. He gave me a good deal, too.

Need to find out now that I'm going back to college in Jan. If I can get funding for a new computer laptop .If not I need it to get refurbished, clean for a new year in school. I actually refurbished it on my own and it is ready to start back at college on the February 14th.This is my second time taking the same relating course for a diploma in Addictions & social work were I have a long term career job orient Thanks from your help with my friends in the community looking after my well being. These clients are well looked after and if they any addictions we work very hardto keep them out of the … tolerance only goes a long way for what must be easily treated when there is no place with it. Mental Health prevailsBack then I didn't have a Mental issue yet already .but a substance use disorder. This place didn't keep me from severing I'm really glad I have a a new life back.

Writing this from the Macbook Pro I purchased earlier today. I found Gemal's ad on Kijiji, and I'm pleased to have purchased it from someone who offers a warranty as well as future service on devices purchased. I found the price fair, he had it ready to go for me to look at, and we chatted for a bit. Incredibly kind and friendly. I used to work for a local business in a somewhat similar environment, and this kind of experience is invaluable to me compared to going to a larger shop. It depends what you are looking for, of course, but for me, whether it's auto, electronics, whatever, finding someone trustworthy is priceless.This place is a hole in the wall, and I say that lovingly: It's the type of shop where you will always be dealing with the owner, receive excellent service, and be humbled by the fact that you are dealing with someone with years of experience who actually cares. I find this very hard to come across, and I look forward to continuing to be one of his customers.

Excellent service, I was hacked on a Saturday and Jamal was able to take me in right away. He helped me with cleaning my laptop of all the viruses and he also educated me quite a bit on how to protect myself in the future to prevent another hacker. Thanks so much Jamal!
