I received easily the worst facial I have ever received here. I do not feel comfortable sharing the esthetician as I believe she was doing her best but:There was a consistent use of cold towels to wipe off productIt was incredibly loud throughout, both with the garbage opening and closing and her dragging her chair aroundThere was leftover product all over my face that I had to clean off before leaving.My skin felt and looked dry and dehydrated when it was over.She was not communicative and would shine the light in my eyes without warning.At one point she massaged my feet and I did not hear her wash her hands before returning to my face.I did inform front desk before paying. I used to work at a salon and whenever guests had a negative experience we would provide some sort of discount to apologize for the inconvenience but I guess policies are different here. They were very unbelieving of everything that I told them but said they would let the esthetician know.

Refresh Wellness is my go to for Massage, and nails.Leah is a great massage therapist; very professional, and knowledgeable and we always have great conversations.Inna has amazing attention to detail like I've never seen before, and always goes above and beyond to make sure her clients receive the best. I am very hard on my nails and my shellac manicure held up great, no chipping or lifting at the base.This studio is all about quality and customer experience. Highly recommend.

I have had such great experiences here. Leah is an excellent massage therapist; she identifies the spots giving me pain and ones I didn't even know about! She works out the knots but without so much pressure that I tense. Leah is knowledgeable and answered my questions about different muscles so I could stretch them on my own after. She always asks questions and lets me know what she is doing, which makes it very relaxing. After my first hour-long massage, I made an appointment for an hour and half the next time.

Erica did a marvelous work on my body relaxation. Definitely recommend her for any kind of body relaxation. I am feeling much difference after the massage.

I've been to Refresh twice to book Liz for my waxing service because she is so good at it! Her personality and conversation put me at ease especially in delicate positions. ;) She is extremely professional, and I'm thrilled to have her in SJ. I'm booking my third appointment right after posting this review!

I have had nothing but the best experiences at Refresh. Everyone I have encountered has been so warm and kind. Kiara is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, listens to what you need, and does a great job! I always feel amazing after a visit. Would absolutely recommend!

Read a review from another gentlemen regarding his recovery work done with Zach and was impressed. I had been looking for an experienced massage therapist to work out some deep tissue tension from training so that I could have an easier time with muscle growth- totally the man, can relieve an insane amount of tension, he knows what he's doing to say the least

I have been going to Refresh Wellness for many years. Also a very good experience. Zach Hunter is very professional and is an excellent massage therapist. He inquiries on what needs work and will make adjustments during each session.

Very clean salon. If you have time to sit relax and enjoy - this is the place to be. Awesome experience. Professional staff with amazing product knowledge. Make you feel very comfortable. Loooove this place! So professional and such a relaxing vibe. My massage therapist could tell me where and what all my pain was coming from, so impressed! I went in for migraine/headache relief and have barely had one since! Also they direct bill insurance :)
