If I didn't already love Saje products, their staff make it even better. I had my pain release roll-on in school and a student accidentally bumped it off my table and on to the floor, where it broke. Staff replaced it for me. It was very much appreciated! I will keep them in cases from now!

The customer service is FANTASTIC!I went there feeling exhausted and an associate gave me a sample of an essential oil (didn't know what it was at the time) and it woke me up!I went there the next day an that same associate and another sold me Energy. I was very satisfied about the knowledge they had with the products there. What really made me happy was the conversations I had with the 2 girls. They were soo friendly, funny and genuine. You can buy essential oils anywhere but I will shop at this store because of the fantastic experience!

I was browsing through the store in lime ridge mall yesterday. A young lady Katrina helped me decide what I wanted.She is extremely knowledgeable of all the products! I felt very comfortable asking questions in such a friendly environment.I definitely will return to shop at that store Katrina works at.

Stopped in the Limeridge mall location today, all staff friendly and helpful. Got the pocket pharmacy and your moment. Friends have recommended this place and looking forward to using the products.

I was de-ligh-ted with the customer service here. William was like a prince...he is just awesome!Small store but with all the basics you need.

purchased a diffuser that didn’t work and the staff here were unhelpful when i tried to return, but mostly because this company wants to keep your money for their broken products. if you use a diffuser, find out it’s broken then you cannot return it because it’s “unsanitary and not environmentally friendly”. the staff suggested i either pay the difference for another model i don’t like or take home their similar, store-used diffuser since it was working. well it was literally covered in leftover oil grime, so i guess their corporate principles only apply one way.

I am a frequent shopper at Saje. I normally order online as I don't enjoy going into busy malls. I had to return a product that I purchased online and had the pleasure of meeting Kerry and Paige at the Limeridge Mall location. These ladies were a ray of sunshine and provided the best service. Thank you for making my dreadful mall visit so enjoyable!

Although my initial visit to Saje deserves a 1 star, bad reviews aren’t my style. This 5 star goes to Mandelin at the lime ridge location (I am so sorry if I’ve spelled your name wrong). My experience started when I visited the shop to return a diffuser I received for Christmas because it did not work upon opening it brand new. As someone who has worked in retail for over a decade (including some time at the westboro saje in Ottawa), I know how challenging it can be when a customer is unhappy. Because of my experience as a retail worker, I was incredibly kind & patient when visiting the shop especially just after the holidays. A worker who I was told was the assistant manager (she refused to tell me her name) repeatedly cut me off while I attempted to explain my situation. I presented all the required receipts and met the return policy requirements as posted on the website, yet she continued to aggressively speak over me. I did not want a refund, I just wanted store credit. This worker spoke to me in an extremely disrespectful way and treated me as if I was a moron. My eyes welled with tears. I am very soft spoken and when I felt I could not be heard by this person, I cut my losses and disengaged. She refused to have a receptive chat and hear what my issue was with my purchase, sent me home with a new diffuser (same model) and refused to test it for me in the store to ensure I would not have the same issue. Again, she refused to give me her name during this interaction. Low and behold, I got home and this new diffuser did not work either. I was so disappointed and now extremely anxious knowing I would potentially have to interact with this worker again. When coming back to the shop, I was greeted by Mandelin, though I could see the same manager was working behind the desk. She glared at me and made me very uncomfortable. It was clear she remembered me. I explained my previous interaction with this worker to Mandelin with my hesitation/anxieties. She was very supportive and understanding, and after investigating the situation/checking that the new diffuser was faulty too, she gave me store credit for the full amount, no questions asked. As a long time saje user and past employee, my initial visit was a huge heartbreak. I have never encountered a worker or a fellow coworker at saje who spoke to anyone in such a degrading and rude manner. It really tainted my long standing relationship with the brand. Thank you Mandelin for restoring my love for the company and for embodying the stores values. This girl deserves a promotion. Assistant manager perhaps?
