Excellent Service!!! I had a urgent specialist appointment in the coming week and an ultrasound result was needed. After 1.5 hours calls, they were the only one which would like to help and arrange. the receptionist, Rayna, helped booked an urgent and overtime appointment. The technologist, Joyce, was very nice too. I really appreciated their time and help!!

The service is excellent. They called me to remind me the date and the detail requirements. The environment is very clean and neat. The ultrasound doctor is very patient and nice. Thanks to all of you, Especially during the pandemic time. God bless you.

No words can describe my appreciation for what this clinic has done for my family during this weekend !Last Friday(Nov 5) afternoon I called Lucent Imaging for the urgent request to help me arrange an appointment for X-ray test for my father's knee during this weekend, and also would expect the report to be ready for us before Monday morning because my father needs X-ray results in order to have better discussion with his surgeon Monday morning for his serious conditions after his knee surgery. With the knowledge of our urgent case, this clinic immediately made special adjustments to fit our case(test and reporting) in their work schedule for this weekend. My father(80+) got X-ray Sat morning with special caring of his knee with serious conditions from the technician during operation. And to our surprise, we could get the CD of images only waiting about a few minutes after test. Today(Sunday) around noon, we got notified from the clinic that the report is ready online (accessible by prescriber) which was achieved by Express Reporting service.This is really amazing experience we had this weekend, test and reporting are well done within 2 days ! Much appreciated !

Quiet and clean x-ray place I have ever been, staffs are friendly and knowledgeable, no wait in line for scheduled time. Appointments scheduling is very important to keep patients in and out between each other during covid, no more than 2 people at reception and waiting area.

I am very satisfied with the front desk and technician when I was here on October 30th. Very professional work and very kind. Excellent work.

Female ultrasound specialist, keep complaining difficult to scan, after scan, give small piece paper to wipe a lot of lub by myself, where in the back can't even see and hard to reach. Find it rude and unprofessional. Will avoid.

My colleague recommended this place and it was my first time to be there and I really liked it. I had to reschedule my appointments a few times but the front desk person was very friendly and accommodating. Also, the place was clean, and they staggered the appointments very well so I didn't have to wait long before it was my turn and there were not too many people in the waiting area, which I think is very important these day. The technician was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. Thanks so much!

Really wonderful experience. They were very kind and it was the fastest experience I’ve ever had. They’re located in the basement of the building (once you go down the stairs, they have signs guiding you there).
