Ordered a choco brownie extreme blizzard cake for my birthday. Payed the extra to have it blizzard style, since I wanted chocolate on the top and bottom like the picture advertised. First of all, they spelt my name wrong on the cake, which was disappointing to say the least. When we got home and cut into it, it was just a regular ice cream cake, no extra chocolate, just vanilla on the top and chocolate on the bottom. The customer service was terrible, as the guy just stood there and didn't say anything.

Going through the drive thru has been disappointing the last few times now because the ice cream sits to long before you get your order - very melted - yucky mess - (and there was no long line up ) only one customer in front

Health hazard for sure! The women’s bathroom was so gross I almost puked. Also- to turn the tap on you have to turn on the main plumbing underneath.There was only one worker- he got my order wrong, then when I asked for the rest of my food he asked for my receipt as proof, which is fine but like I was only one of two customers so how did he mess it up? The other customer said it’s always a fight with this guy (the only worker). What’s really funny is they had a sign about going above and beyond health Canada regulations- when the place is disgusting lol.

I don't understand this place. It's almost like they want to push their customers away. The drive-thru takes forever, and even if you go in you have to prove that you bought something to use the washroom and they're just kind of abrasive and rude. I guess it's family run? But it seems like this family doesn't like their job. I would go somewhere else.

I usually don’t bother rating national chains unless there is something unique worth mentioning, in this case it’s the staff, they are cheery happy and always accommodating, I’ve never had a bad meal here and it’s always quick and served with a smile.

This place is a former shell of what it once was.Food doesn't taste as good as it used to, and more often then not, the ice cream/blizzards are half melted by the time you get them. The atmosphere isn't as welcoming as it once was either as the door handles to the Main Entrance" were removed

Friendly staff and the ice cream is still as delicious as I always remembered it to be. It's been many years since I've eaten in a DQ and the prices still seem reasonable in comparison to other fast food places we've eaten at.

Amazing Customer Service!We went to get a cake for my sons birthday and found the staff were really helpful and genuinely wanted to make sure we got what we wanted and that it was special.When we picked it up, the note had a special little message for my son and they also included a couple of special treats for my daughter to feel special too. It was a great experience and we highly recommend this DQ. The new owners are doing a wonderful job. Our thanks!
