Starburst Car & Truck Wash - Commercial Accounts Available

Staff behind the counter (old white man) was one of the worst people I talked to as a customer. He belittled me, and was very rude to towards me.The car wash itself was fine although the undercarriage was not working and staff was not understanding for the fact I have to pay to start the machine twice to just use the undercarriage wash as one of them was not working.

The staff are always really nice if I need change or have any questions.

Closes at 7pm, made it in time and even spoke to the old dust ball inside who replied NOPE". GOODLUCK WITH BUSINESS"

Very poor customer service. Owner was aggressive and told me its my responsibility to clean the bay after I was finished using, even though i didnt even make a mess. Why should I have to pay for a car wash and then pay to wash your bays? wont be coming back due to tone used by owner. As well a the timer being starter before using and still going after being finished the wash is also absurd.rip off for sure, will not be back.

So rude, no signage to explain when the bay is closed. The old man working was awful yelled at me for choosing the wrong bay. Avoid this place if you can

I used this car wash fairly often and have had no issues until recently. By the comments it sounds like the owner has been in quite the mood, I was unlucky enough to also experience the owners rage. I was in the process of washing my car when he aggressively approached me and told me I better be cleaning my mess up once I'm finished.I was literally in the process of doing that. However the funny thing is that I'm paying for a service to wash my vehicle no where does it state that you have to clean the bays on your done once finished. I was kindly doing this but will not be returning as I won't shop somewhere that have aggressive approaches to there customers.Hopefully by now he's having a better day and learns to treat his customers with respect and kindness.

My regular place to go wash my truck. It's been there for a long time, but it is well maintained clean and the equipment works every time. You have the option to use coin operated or interact / credit card. Easy to use, courteus people . Overall a good place.. my regular spot to clean my car

Friendly service from the attendant and didn't cost a ton, but the wand really does not work well. It just does not get the bugs and such off. I had to use the brush scrubber for the whole front of the vehicle. Spent about 10-12 minutes washing and cost me $12. Decent price but I'd rather go elsewhere where the wand washes better

This is by far one of the best car/truck washes in town. Always has hot water, soaps & waxes working. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We set-up a commercial charge account so I can keep my entire fleet clean for very reasonable costs.
