Beautifully landscaped wonderful looking castle and the battlefield house close to the QEW 5 minutes from there and also 10 minutes from the devil's punch bowl

Absolutely gorgeous, well worth the visit, not only is it a lovely historical site, but there are also a bunch of walking paths some large open fields~ When we visited there were some renovations going into the upkeep of a property on the land, it's kinda neat to see them in the middle of taking such great care of the space~

I've been inside the monument once and that is pretty neat. It's not open regularly. The best part of Battlefied is really how great it is for Pokemon Go. Lots of stops and gyms and the spawn rate is high. Regular go to place for raid hour as you will always find enough people to do the raids with you.

Battlefield Monument
This Battlefield monument is very neat. We came here on a cold snowy day and loved it. Was tricky to climb up the stairs with all the snow but following the hedge trail is a great alternate option.Once to the top of the stairs, you're met with a pretty awesome view. There is also information about the battle and what everything there means. The monument is over 100 years old and very cool. Wish we could go inside but we'll take just seeing the outside.Definitely worth checking out when going through this area.5/5.

Battlefield Monument
Small park. Amenities closed during covid. It's busy, but later in the evening most people on the way out and I enjoyed visiting the tower and learning about the battle from various plaques and signage. Highway is right next to park and can get quite loud. Fun, pretty little place when not too busy! I like the Bruce Trail connection around the back by the escarpment.

Battlefield Monument
The museum is currently closed for COVID considerations. That being said, the grounds have a variety of monuments that are both interesting and visually impressive. If you're in the area, they are well worth the visit.
